Claims (4)
- 円周方向に所定間隔で形成した複数のボール溝を有し、前記ボール溝の側壁の、外周面との稜線をなす部分に、軸方向全長にわたり凹部を形成した等速自在継手内輪。
- 請求項1の等速自在継手内輪を製造するための装置であって、内端に製品の溝を成形するための突起を設けた、半径方向に移動可能な複数の分割ダイスを、素形材を取り囲むように放射状に配置してなるダイスと、分割ダイスの外端と係合して分割ダイスを半径方向に位置決めするためのダイスベースとを具備し、前記ダイスベースに、円周方向で互いに独立し、分割ダイスの外端部の形状を転写した形状を有する凹部を設けた等速自在継手内輪の製造装置。
- 前記分割ダイスの外端が、円周方向に面した側面と、外径方向に面した外端面とを有し、前記側面が、分割ダイスの内端側から外端側にゆくほど先細となり、かつ、底面側から頂面側にゆくほど先細となるテーパ面であり、前記ダイスベースの凹部が前記分割ダイスの側面を転写した形状の側壁面を備えている請求項2の等速自在継手内輪の製造装置。
- 隣接する分割ダイス間にすきまを設けた請求項2または3の等速自在継手内輪の製造装置。
