Abstract
【解決手段】試料と試薬を混合する反応容器と、該反応容器中の混合液の色の変化を測定する測定部を備えた比色分析部と、試料の電解質濃度を測定する電解質測定部と、を備えた自動分析装置において、前記電解質測定部での測定のために、前記比色分析部の反応容器中で希釈した試料を前記比色分析部の測定部において測定し、試料の溶血,乳び,黄色の度合いの少なくともいずれかを測定することを特徴とする自動分析装置。

△EH :570nmと600nmの吸光度差
△EL :660nmと700nmの吸光度差
△EI :480nmと505nmの吸光度差
A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H:補正係数
A,B,C,D,E,F,G,Hの補正係数は設定を容易に変更可能としている。溶血,乳び,黄色判定のしきい値は自由に設定することができる。
Claims (2)
- 試料と試薬を混合する反応容器と、該反応容器中の混合液の色の変化を測定する測定部を備えた比色分析部と、
試料の電解質濃度を測定する電解質測定部と、
を備えた自動分析装置において、
前記電解質測定部での測定のために、前記比色分析部の反応容器中で希釈した試料を前記比色分析部の測定部において測定し、試料の溶血,乳び,黄色の度合いの少なくともいずれかを測定することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記比色分析部の反応容器中で試料を希釈する希釈液が比色分析の測定に使用する試薬であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
