作为本发明的进一步改进,通过反复进行步骤S1、S2以完成不同质控要求的自动测试。

如图1至图3所示,一种电解质分析仪的自动质控系统,包括自动质控包组件、清洗液包100、去脂水包114、可转动的分配阀104、吸液泵105、可转动升降的采样针106、进料接嘴、ISE分析系统,其中,所述进料接嘴包括废液装置接嘴107和ISE分析系统接嘴110,所述自动质控包组件、清洗液包100分别与所述分配阀104的输入端连接,所述分配阀104的输出端通过所述吸液泵105与所述采样针106的输入端连接,所述ISE分析系统接嘴110、废液装置接嘴107均位于所述采样针106的输出端的运动轨迹上,所述ISE分析系统接嘴110与所述ISE分析系统连接,所述废液装置接嘴107的输出端连接有清洗液废液装置108。
如图1至图3所示,所述自动质控包组件包括不同质控要求的第一自动质控包101、第二自动质控包102和第三自动质控包103,所述第一自动质控包101、第二自动质控包102、第三自动质控包103分别与所述分配阀104的输入端连接,第一自动质控包101装有高水平的质控液,第二自动质控包102装有中水平的质控液,第三自动质控包103装有低水平的质控液。
如图1至图3所示,所述分配阀104连接有旋转机构,所述采样针106连接有旋转升降机构,旋转机构可通过电机来实现,升降机构可通过气缸来实现。

S1、清洗流路,将分配阀104转动到清洗液包100的输出端,通过吸液泵105将清洗液从清洗液包100经分配阀104吸至采样针106,然后通过采样针106将清洗液吐出至废液装置接嘴107,清洗液经废液装置接嘴107排出至废液装置108,以清洗流路;
S2、自动质控,将分配阀104转动到自动质控包组件的输出端,通过吸液泵105将质控液从自动质控包组件经分配阀104吸至采样针106,后通过采样针106将质控液吐出至ISE分析系统接嘴110,质控液吐经ISE分析系统接嘴110输入至ISE分析系统进行自动质控。
如图1至图3所示,通过反复进行步骤S1、S2以完成不同质控要求的自动测试。
如图1至图3所示,在步骤S2中,所述ISE分析系统将测试得到的数据发送至后台。
本发明提供的一种电解质分析仪的自动质控系统与方法,当仪器(电解质分析仪)需要做质控时,分配阀104先转动到清洗液包100对应的位置,然后清洗一下流路,然后分配阀104转动到第一自动质控包101,抽取质控液,采样针106转动到ISE分析系统接嘴110上方,将质控液吐到ISE分析系统接嘴110里,然后质控液吸液泵112将质控液抽到电解质分析仪的流通池111中,然后开始测试并获取测试数据,获取数据后,ISE分析系统自动进行流路清洗,准备下一个样本的测试,流通池111在获取数据的同时,进样系统回到初始位执行流路清洗,清洗完后,分配阀104转动到第二自动质控包102,执行同第一自动质控包101测试方法类似的操作。以此完成高中低三质控的自动测试。仪器根据测试的数据来分析一段时期仪器性能的好坏,并给出相应的预警和提示。
本发明提供的一种电解质分析仪的自动质控系统与方法,可以自动质控,可以监控仪器在一段时间中的性能好坏,能给出仪器预警以便医务人员获取准确的患者诊断数,有着极高的临床意义。

    S2、自动质控,将分配阀转动到自动质控包组件的输出端,通过吸液泵将质控液从自动质控包组件经分配阀吸至采样针,后通过采样针将质控液吐出至ISE分析系统接嘴,质控液吐经ISE分析系统接嘴输入至ISE分析系统进行自动质控。
