- reaction vessel 104 belonging to one block may not be fixed.
- the reaction vessel 104 since there are eight reaction vessels 104 in the block E, it may be configured to wash the 30 reaction vessels 104 from the top of the block A in accordance with the washing of the block E. .
- the date and time when the previous cleaning was performed for each reaction container 104 is stored, and among the reaction containers, 38 blocks are configured as new blocks from the reaction container having the oldest cleaning date and time. It becomes the same composition.
- the number of reaction vessels in one block and the number of blocks may not be fixed.
- the number of reaction vessels in one block and the number of blocks may not be fixed.
- it may be configured by 5 blocks having 32 reaction vessels 104 per block.
- six blocks may be used and each block may be composed of 26 or 27 reaction vessels 104. It is desirable that the number of reaction vessels 104 belonging to each block be within the number of cycles for analysis preparatory cleaning (38 cycles in the present embodiment). This is because the soaking and washing can be performed without providing a new time for soaking and cleaning with an increase in the number of cycles.
- the soaking cleaning process may not be limited to the start of analysis from standby.
- the analyzer will be in a standby state until a new sample is carried in. It is possible to do it.
- the reaction solution or the like may remain in some reaction vessels 104 in the reaction vessel group to be cleaned. Therefore, in this case, for example, information indicating whether or not the reaction liquid remains for all the reaction containers 104 is stored in the storage device 118, and the reaction liquid or the like remains in the reaction container group to be submerged and cleaned. If nothing is present, it can be controlled so that it is pickled and washed. In addition, when the reaction vessel 104 that has been sucked in the last liquid is included in the reaction vessel group to be submerged and cleaned, there is a possibility that the reaction solution or the like remains in the reaction vessel group that is to be submerged and cleaned. Therefore, it is not soaked and washed at that time.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the soaking and cleaning process
- FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the specific processing of the soaking and cleaning target block.
- control device 112 When the start of analysis is instructed by the operator, the control device 112 first performs a specific process of a soaking and cleaning target block (described later) (step S100).
- the reaction container 104 with the earliest use order is moved to the sample discharge position 306 among the submerged cleaning target blocks specified in step S100 (step S110).
- the reaction vessel 104 having the earliest use order among the determined blocks is, for example, No. when the block B in FIG.
- the reaction container 104 of 119 is a container to be pickled and washed.
- the moving operation in step S110 is the rotation stop operation for one cycle of the reaction disk in the analysis preparation cleaning process. Move independently of That is, in this case, no.
- the reaction container 104 of 119 efficiently moves to the sample discharge position 306 without stopping at a position other than the sample discharge position 306.
- step S120 and S125 the analysis preparatory cleaning process and the soaking detergent discharging process are simultaneously performed (steps S120 and S125), and the rotation stop operation of the reaction disk is repeated every cycle, and these processes are performed. It is determined whether or not the soaking detergent has been discharged in all the reaction containers 104 of the soaking block to be washed (step S130). If the determination result in step S130 is NO, steps S120 and S125 are repeated until the soaking detergent is completely discharged in all the reaction containers 104 in the soaking block.
- step S140 analysis control is performed (step S140).
- the analysis control is control for dispensing a sample into the reaction container 104 that has arrived at the sample discharge position 306 and dispensing a reagent into the reaction container 104 that has arrived at the reagent discharge position 307 in accordance with the requested analysis item.
- cleaning mechanism 119 implements a washing process continuously also during analysis control.
- step S150 it is determined whether or not all analysis requests have been completed. If the determination result is NO, the process of step S140 is repeated until the determination result is YES.
- step S150 determines whether the sample not dispensed in all the reaction containers. If the determination result in step S150 is YES, in order to make the sample not dispensed in all the reaction containers, all the reaction containers are washed, and an end process is performed (step S160). Stop all control and finish.
- a new analysis start instruction when a new analysis start instruction is input, processing is performed in accordance with the flow from the specific S100 of the soaking and cleaning target block.
- the control device 112 dispenses a soaking washing detergent into one reaction container of the reaction container group that has not been subjected to the previous soaking washing process. To the position to start the pickling and washing process. At this time, the reaction container is transported independently of the rotation stopping operation for one cycle of the reaction disk in the analysis preparation cleaning step.
- the reaction vessel 104 that has been soaked and washed may subsequently measure a cell blank value as a reference value, and the measured cell blank value is stored in the storage device 118 of the apparatus. Further, each dispensing mechanism may be cleaned in accordance with the soaking of the reaction vessel. Since each probe can be sufficiently washed in a time shorter than the soaking time of the reaction container, assuming that the maximum number of soaking is Na, the number of reaction containers of the block to be washed is Nb, and the number of times of washing of the dispensing mechanism is Nc. When Na ⁇ Nb + Nc, cleaning can be performed.
- the maximum number that can be soaked is the number of reaction containers that can be soaked and washed by starting analysis once, and is 38 in the example of FIG.
- the dispensing mechanism can be washed in accordance with the soaking washing of the block E.
- the control device 112 performs a mechanism resetting operation, and then determines whether or not the cleaning interval T has elapsed for a predetermined period Ta ( In step S200), if the determination result is NO, it is determined that there is no block that has passed for a certain period of time, and soaking soaking is unnecessary, and the process is terminated.
- step S200 If the determination result in step S200 is YES, it is determined that there is a block that has passed for a certain period of time, and there is no remaining liquid for the block that has been most recently soaked and washed among the target blocks. Is determined (step S210). If the determination result in step S210 is NO, it is determined that the pickling and washing are not possible, and the process is terminated.
- step S210 determines whether the amount of the soaking detergent is sufficient (step S220). If the determination result is NO, it is determined that the soaking cleaning is not possible, The process ends.
- step S220 If the determination result in step S220 is YES, the reaction container 104 that moves the reaction container 104 with the earliest use order in the block determined in step S200 to the sample discharge position 306 as a submerged cleaning object container. Confirm as
