Abstract
【解決手段】制御モジュール11は2線接続で遠隔モジュール20A〜20Nに電気エネルギを供給しかつ通信する。供給された電気エネルギは部分的に遠隔モジュールを動作させかつ部分的に遠隔モジュール内に蓄積される。制御モジュール11は高いおよび中間の電圧レベルの間の電圧偏位によって遠隔モジュールにコマンド信号を送る。遠隔モジュールは電流偏位によって制御モジュール11に信号を送る。事故状況が検出されたとき、2線接続の間の電圧はロー電圧レベルに低下し、通常の動作を中断する。制御モジュール11は次に中間のおよび低い電圧レベルの間の電圧偏位によって点火信号を送出する。遠隔モジュールは点火信号をデコードしエアバッグをふくらませるためにスキブを展開する。

Claims (3)
- エアバッグシステム(10)における制御モジュール(11)と遠隔モジュール(20)との間で信号を伝送する方法であって、
前記遠隔モジュール(11)を前記制御モジュール(20)に対しデータバス(16)および基準バス(14)を介して結合する段階、
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へのコマンド信号の伝送に応じて前記データバス(16)と前記基準バス(14)との間で第1の組の電圧偏位を前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)に伝送する段階であって、前記第1の組の電圧偏位は第1の電圧レベルと第2の電圧レベルとの間にあり、前記第2の電圧レベルは前記第1の電圧レベルと異なるもの、そして
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)への点火信号の伝送に応じて前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へと前記データバス(16)および前記基準バス(14)の間の第2の組の電圧偏位を伝送する段階であって、該第2の組の電圧偏位は第3の電圧レベルと第4の電圧レベルとの間にあり、前記第3の電圧レベルは前記第1の電圧レベルと前記第2の電圧レベルの範囲の外側にあるもの、
を具備することを特徴とするエアバッグシステム(10)において制御モジュール(11)と遠隔モジュール(20)の間で信号を伝送する方法。 - さらに、
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へ電気エネルギを伝送する段階、
前記電気エネルギの第1の部分を使用して前記遠隔モジュール(20)を動作させる段階、そして
前記電気エネルギの第2の部分を前記遠隔モジュール(20)の蓄積キャパシタ(27)に蓄積する段階、
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - エアバッグシステム(10)を動作させる方法であって、
制御モジュール(11)およびエアバッグアセンブリを備えたエアバッグシステム(10)を提供する段階であって、前記エアバッグアセンブリはデータバス(16)および基準バス(14)を介して前記制御モジュール(11)に結合された遠隔モジュール(20)、および該遠隔モジュール(20)に応答して前記エアバッグアセンブリにおける火工品材料を点火するためのスキブ(22)を含むもの、
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へ電気エネルギを伝送する段階、
前記電気エネルギの一部を前記遠隔モジュール(20)に蓄積する段階、
前記遠隔モジュール(20)を前記データバス(16)と前記基準バス(14)との間の電圧が第1の電圧レベルと第2の電圧レベルの間にあることに応じてコマンド信号を受信するモードにする段階であって、前記第2の電圧レベルは前記第1の電圧レベルより低いもの、
前記データバス(16)と前記基準バス(14)との間の前記第1の電圧レベルを前記制御モジュール(11)がアイドルであることに応じて前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へ伝送する段階、
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へのコマンド信号の伝送に応じて前記データバス(16)と前記基準バス(14)との間の第1の組の電圧偏位を前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へと伝送する段階であって、前記第1の組の電圧偏位は前記第1の電圧レベルと前記第2の電圧レベルとの間にあるもの、
前記データバス(16)と前記基準バス(14)との間の電圧が第3の電圧レベルにあることに応答して前記遠隔モジュール(20)を点火信号を受信するモードにする段階であって、前記第3の電圧レベルは前記第2の電圧レベルより低いもの、
前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)への前記点火信号の伝送に応じて前記制御モジュール(11)から前記遠隔モジュール(20)へと前記データバス(16)および前記基準バス(14)の間の第2の組の電圧偏位を伝送する段階であって、該第2の組の電圧偏位は前記第3の電圧レベルと第4の電圧レベルとの間にあり、該第4の電圧レベルは前記第3の電圧レベルより高いもの、そして
前記遠隔モジュール(20)から前記制御モジュール(11)へデータ信号を伝送したことに応じて前記遠隔モジュール(20)から前記制御モジュール(11)へと電流偏位を伝送する段階、
を具備することを特徴とするエアバッグシステム(10)を動作させる方法。
