Abstract
【解決手段】液体を注入可能に開口するネック部11を有する可撓性のバッグ12と、ネック部11を口部13aで支持してバッグ12を収容する外側容器13と、を備える流体容器用の継手であって、鍔部15aを有する液出しチューブ15がプラグ14を介して外側容器13の口部13aに装着できる構造とし、更に、ディスペンサ2に備わる流路21aが液出しチューブ15の流体通路15bに直結できる構造とした。

Claims (7)
- 液体を注入可能に開口するネック部を有する可撓性のバッグと、このネック部を口部で支持して当該バッグを収容する外側容器と、を備える流体容器にディスペンサが接続される流体容器用の継手であって、
前記流体容器は、
前記口部に保持される円筒状のプラグであって、一端側に円筒状底内から隆起する略筒状のヘッダ部、及び他端側に前記ネック部の開口に嵌合する筒部、及び一端側から他端側に貫通する貫通穴を有するプラグと、
一端側は前記ヘッダ部の頂面に密着される鍔部を有し、他端側は前記貫通穴に挿入される液出しチューブであって、一端から他端まで延びる流体通路を有し、前記バッグ内の液体がこの流体通路を通って排出される液出しチューブと、
前記外側容器の内部から前記口部に気体を通気可能な第1通気手段であって、前記ネック部の底部に設けられ、前記外側容器の内部と当該ネック部の内部とを連通する複数の第1開口、及び前記筒部の周囲から前記ヘッダ部の頂面に連通する複数の第2開口を有する第1通気手段と、
前記バッグの内部から前記口部に気体を通気可能な第2通気手段であって、前記鍔部に設けられ、前記口部と前記貫通穴内部とを連通する複数の第3開口を有する第2通気手段と、を備え、
前記ディスペンサは、
円筒状の外筒を有するソケット本体と、
このソケット本体の内部に構成され、軸方向に貫通する流路を断続するバルブ機構と、
このソケット本体の開口側の外周に保持されるスリーブであって、前記ヘッダ部を覆うように着脱自在に係止可能なロック機構を有するスリーブと、
前記バルブ機構が前記液出しチューブの一端側に付勢されて密着し、当該液出しチューブの流体通路及び当該バルブ機構の流路を介して前記バッグから分配された液体を受け入れる手段と、を備える流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項1記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記液出しチューブは、前記鍔部を有する一端側から他端側に至る途中でチューブが接合している流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記口部に螺合する円環状の蓋を更に備え、この蓋は、前記ネック部及び前記プラグを当該口部に保持する流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記ディスペンサは、前記第1通気手段の第2開口に連通し、加圧流体が供給される気体通路を前記ソケット本体と前記バルブ機構との間に設けている流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項4記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記バッグと前記外側容器との間に前記気体通路を介して加圧流体が供給されると、前記バッグが収縮され、前記液出しチューブの流体通路及び前記バルブ機構の流路を介して前記バッグから液体が分配される流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記バルブ機構は、
前記流路内に配置される弁体であって、先端側に弁を有し、基端側が前記ソケット本体に固定される弁体と、
内部は前記流路の一部を形成し、胴部は伸縮自在なベローズを形成し、一端側は前記弁に断続されるシート部を有し、他端側が前記ソケット本体に固定されるインナースリーブと、
前記インナースリーブ内部に配置され、当該インナースリーブが伸長するように力を付勢する圧縮コイルばねと、
前記インナースリーブのシート部側に結合し、前記液出しチューブの一端側に付勢されて密着する連結座と、を含んでいる流体容器用の継手。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の流体容器用の継手において、
前記ロック機構は、
前記スリーブの開口側の内周に配置される複数のボールと、
前記複数のボールを保持するボールリテーナであって、これらのボールが軸方向に移動する動き及び外周方向に拡縮する動きのみを許容する複数の嵌合穴を設けているボールリテーナと、
前記ソケット本体と前記スリーブとの間にスライド可能に配置され、前記複数のボールを前記スリーブの開口側に付勢することにより前記複数のボールが縮径する方向に押圧するスライドリングと、を含み、
前記プラグのヘッダ部に前記複数のボールが係止される環状の係止溝を設けることにより、前記流体用容器に当該ディスペンサが着脱自在に接続される流体容器用の継手。
