Claims (4)
- 酸化ルテチウムを主成分とし、タンタル若しくはニオブのいずれか一方又は双方を含有し、厚さ1mm時の可視光帯域波長400〜800nmにおける直線透過率が60%以上であることを特徴とする透光性酸化ルテチウム焼結体。
- 前記タンタル若しくはニオブのいずれか一方又は双方を、金属単体換算で0.2〜0.7wt%含有し、厚さ1mm時の可視光帯域波長400〜800nmにおける直線透過率が78%以上である請求項1記載の透光性酸化ルテチウム焼結体。
- 酸化ルテチウム粉末に対して、タンタル、タンタル化合物、ニオブおよびニオブ化合物の中の少なくとも1種以上を添加混合し、これを成形して少なくともタンタルもしくはニオブのうち1種以上を含有する酸化ルテチウム成形体を成形し、これを1750℃以上の真空若しくは水素雰囲気下において焼成することを特徴とする透光性酸化ルテチウム焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記タンタル、タンタル化合物、ニオブ、ニオブ化合物の中の少なくとも1種以上の添加量が、酸化ルテチウムに対して金属単体換算で0.2〜0.8wt%である請求項3記載の透光性酸化ルテチウム焼結体の製造方法。
