Abstract
【解決手段】ばね用鋼線は、皮膜量が3.0〜5.5g/m2のリン酸塩皮膜が形成された鋼線を伸線してなる。また、ばね用鋼線の表面粗さをR、線径をdとした場合にR/dの値が1.06×10−3〜3.92×10−3となっている。

Claims (5)
- 皮膜量が3.0〜5.5g/m2のリン酸塩皮膜が形成された鋼線を伸線することによって得られ、表面粗さをR、線径をdとした場合にR/dの値が1.06×10−3〜3.92×10−3であることを特徴とするばね用鋼線。
- 前記線径が0.45mm以下であり、
表面が前記リン酸塩皮膜と前記伸線時に用いた潤滑剤とで覆われており、当該表面に対する前記リン酸塩及び前記潤滑剤の合計付着量が0.04〜0.09g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね用鋼線。 - 前記線径が0.45mm超であり、
表面が前記リン酸塩皮膜と前記伸線時に用いた潤滑剤とで覆われており、当該表面に対する前記リン酸塩及び前記潤滑剤の合計付着量が0.12〜0.14g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のばね用鋼線。 - 前記リン酸塩皮膜は、電解処理により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のばね用鋼線。
- 前記鋼線は、高炭素鋼線であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のばね用鋼線。
