Abstract
【解決手段】矩形コイルは、2本の線材2を矩形断面を有するボビン3の外周の4面に整列に巻き回すことで製造される。ここで、2本の線材2は、ボビン3の外周の4面のうち一対をなす平行面の一方側(下面側)にて線材2の0.5本分のレーンチェンジを行い、平行面の他方側(上面側)にて線材2の1.5本分のレーンチェンジを行うことで巻き回される。

以下、本発明の巻線方法を矩形コイルに具体化した第1実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の巻線方法を台形コイルに具体化した第2実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

Claims (4)
- 2本の線材を矩形断面を有するボビンの外周の4面に整列に巻き回す巻線方法であって、
前記外周の4面のうち一対をなす平行面の一方側にて前記線材の0.5本分のレーンチェンジを行い、前記平行面の他方側にて前記線材の1.5本分のレーンチェンジを行うことを特徴とする巻線方法。 - 巻き回されたコイルの断面が矩形をなす矩形コイルの製造に使用される請求項1に記載の巻線方法。
- 巻き回されたコイルの断面が台形をなす台形コイルの製造に使用される請求項1に記載の巻線方法。
- 2本の線材を矩形断面を有するボビンの外周の4面に整列に巻き回してなるコイルであって、
前記外周の4面のうち一対をなす平行面の一方側にて前記線材の0.5本分のレーンチェンジを行い、前記平行面の他方側にて前記線材の1.5本分のレーンチェンジを行うことを特徴とするコイル。
