Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウム(Al)0.001wt%〜0.03wt%、ビスマス(Bi)0.001wt%〜0.02wt%、インジウム(In)0.01wt%〜0.07wt%がそれぞれ合金成分として添加された亜鉛合金粉末であって、その亜鉛合金粉末が遠心噴霧法で造紛された粉末体であるとともに、粒度250μm以下の亜鉛合金粉末が85%以上存在する。

Description
上記亜鉛合金粉末について、本発明者はさらに詳細に検討を重ねたところ、電池の耐漏液性能と電池性能とくに電気容量を共に向上させるには、次のような構成条件を備えることがとくに有効であることが判明した。

Claims (3)
- アルミニウム(Al)0.001wt%〜0.03wt%、ビスマス(Bi)0.001wt%〜0.02wt%、インジウム(In)0.01wt%〜0.07wt%がそれぞれ合金成分として添加された亜鉛合金粉末であって、その亜鉛合金粉末が遠心噴霧法で造紛された粉末体であるとともに、粒度250μm以下の亜鉛合金粉末が85%以上存在することを特徴とする電池用亜鉛合金粉末。
- 請求項1において、粒度75μm以下の亜鉛合金粉末が10%〜20%存在することを特徴とする電池用亜鉛合金粉末。
- 負極活物質として亜鉛を用いるアルカリ電池において、負極亜鉛として請求項1または2に記載の電池用亜鉛合金粉末を用いたことを特徴とするアルカリ電池。
