【解決手段】現在の発電機界磁電圧Vgfや発電機回転数Ngなどから、長い場合で数百ミリ秒後の、エンジンに対する発電機の負荷トルクTg′を、制御装置で予測する。その予測に基づいてエンジンを制御して、エンジンの出力トルクが不足しないようにする。

Igとモータ界磁電流Imfによって決まるので、発電機出力電流目標値Ig*は、モータトルク目標値Tm*と、モータ界磁電圧Vmfもしくはモータ界磁電流目標値Imf*から算出できる。モータ界磁電圧Vmfもしくはモータ界磁電流目標値Imf* は、モータ回転数Nmなどから決定する。発電機出力電圧目標値Vg*は、発電機出力電流目標値
Ig* と、モータ誘起電圧予測値Vm′から算出できる。モータ誘起電圧予測値Vm′は、モータ回転数Nmと、モータ界磁電圧Vmfもしくはモータ界磁電流目標値Imf* から算出できる。
Igをセンシングして発電機出力電流目標値Ig* と一致するようにフィードバック制御することによって行っても良いし、発電機出力電圧Vgをセンシングして発電機出力電圧目標値Vg* と一致するようにフィードバック制御することによって行っても良い。また、発電機出力電圧Vgは発電機回転数Ngと発電機界磁電流Igfによって決まるので、発電機界磁電流目標値Igf* を、発電機出力電圧目標値Vg* と発電機回転数Ngから算出して、発電機界磁電流Igfが目標値Igf* と一致するように、発電機界磁電圧
Vgfを変更しても良い。また、以上に挙げた方法は併用しても良い。
Igf′の替わりに発電機界磁電流目標値Igf*を使っても良い。
Vg′を算出する。発電機出力電圧予測値Vg′は、あらかじめ実験などから求めた発電機界磁電流Igfと発電機回転数Ngと発電機出力電圧Vgの関係のテーブルを設定しておき、そのテーブルを参照して求める。また、発電機出力電圧予測値Vg′の替わりに発電機出力電圧目標値Vg*を使っても良い。
Vg′と発電機出力電流予測値Ig′と発電機回転数Ngから、発電機負荷トルク予測値Tg′を算出しても良い。いずれの場合も、あらかじめ設定したテーブルを参照して求める。また、発電機出力電流予測値Ig′の替わりに発電機出力電流目標値Ig*を使っても良い。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関と該内燃機関によって駆動される発電機とを備え、前記内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクを予測し、予測した前記負荷トルクに基づいて前記内燃機関の駆動を制御することを特徴とする自動車。
- 複数の駆動機構を備えた内燃機関と、該内燃機関によって駆動される発電機と、前記複数の駆動機構の動作を制御する内燃機関制御装置と、前記発電機の発電を制御する発電機制御装置とを備え、
前記発電機制御装置は、前記内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクに関する信号を前記内燃機関制御装置に出力しており、
前記内燃機関制御装置は、前記発電機制御装置から出力された信号を入力して、前記駆動機構を動作させるための信号を前記駆動機構に出力しており、
前記発電機の出力変動に応じて前記負荷トルクが変動した場合、前記駆動機構の動作の変動を示す波形の時間軸に対する波高値のピーク値は、前記発電機から前記内燃機関に出力される前記負荷トルクの変動を示す波形の時間軸に対する波高値のピーク値よりも早く出現することを特徴とする自動車。 - 内燃機関によって駆動される発電機の発電を制御する発電機制御装置であって、
内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクを予測し、該予測負荷トルクに基づいて内燃機関の駆動が制御されるように、前記予測負荷トルクに基づく信号を、内燃機関の駆動を制御する装置に出力することを特徴とする自動車の発電機制御装置。 - 内燃機関によって駆動される発電機の出力を制御する発電機制御装置であって、
入力信号として、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な要求値と、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な前記発電機の複数の実効値とを入力し、
前記発電機に対する出力信号として、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な指令値を出力し、
内燃機関の駆動を制御する装置に対する出力信号として、内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクに関する信号を、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な指令値の信号よりも早く出力することを特徴とする自動車の発電機制御装置。 - 前後輪の一方を内燃機関で駆動し、前後輪の他方を電動力で駆動する四輪駆動車に設けられた車両駆動装置であって、
前記電動力を発生する電動機と、内燃機関によって駆動されて、前記電動機の駆動用電力を発生する発電機と、前記電動機及び前記発電機の駆動を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクを予測し、予測した前記負荷トルクに基づいて内燃機関の駆動が制御されるように、前記予測負荷トルクに基づく信号を、内燃機関の駆動を制御する装置に出力することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 前後輪の一方を内燃機関で駆動し、前後輪の他方を電動力で駆動する四輪駆動車に設けられた車両駆動装置であって、
前記電動力を発生する電動機と、内燃機関によって駆動されて前記電動機の駆動用電力を発生する発電機と、前記電動機及び前記発電機の駆動を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、車両からの駆動要求値と、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な前記発電機及び前記電動機の複数の実効値とを入力信号として入力し、
前記発電機に対する出力信号として、前記発電機の出力を制御するために必要な界磁指令値を出力し、
内燃機関の駆動を制御する装置に対する出力信号として、内燃機関に対する前記発電機の負荷トルクに関する信号を、前記界磁指令値の信号よりも早く出力することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
