Abstract
【解決手段】鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる少なくとも1種である基油に、イミド化合物を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含むことを特徴とする冷凍機油組成物、これを用いた圧縮機及び冷凍装置である。

Description
これに対し、特許文献1において、特定のポリエーテル類からなる基油にアルキルホスフォロチオネート類、アリールホスフォロチオネート類等のホスフォロチオネート類を含む冷凍機油組成物を用いることが提案されている。
また、特許文献2において、鉱油及び/又は合成油に、チオールを0.05〜5重量%の割合で含有する摺動部材用潤滑油組成物が提案されている。
しかしながら、スラッジ分散性と摺動部における摩耗、焼付け防止性能との双方を満足するまでには至らなかった。
そこで、冷凍機油を更に改良することにより、あるいは冷凍機油と摺動材との双方を改良することにより、スラッジ分散性と摺動部における摩耗、焼付け防止性能との双方を満足する冷凍機潤滑システムを確立することが要望されている。
すなわち、本発明は、
1.鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる少なくとも1種である基油に、イミド化合物を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含むことを特徴とする冷凍機油組成物、
2.基油がナフテン鉱油、パラフィン鉱油、アルキルベンゼン、アルキルナフタレン、ポリ−α−オレフィン、ポリアルキレングリコール、ポリオキシアルキレンモノエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレンジエーテル、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリビニルエーテル−ポリアルキレングリコール共重合体、ポリオールエステル、ポリカーボネートからなる群から1種以上選ばれる上記1に記載の冷凍機油組成物、
3.基油の40℃の動粘度が2〜500mm2/sである上記1又は2に記載の冷凍機油組成物、
4.イミド化合物がモノイミド、ビスイミド及び分子内にイミド基を3個以上有するポリイミド化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれる上記1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物、
5.さらに、リン酸エステル類を含有する上記1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物、
6.さらに、酸化防止剤及び酸捕捉剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する上記1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物、
7.鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる少なくとも1種である基油に、イミド化合物を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含む冷凍機油組成物を用いる圧縮機であって、圧縮機構部を構成する部材のアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部に、窒素原子、酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子を含む樹脂をバインダーとし、二硫化モリブデン、フッ素含有樹脂、黒鉛及びカーボンブラックから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む潤滑皮膜形成用組成物がコーティングされていることを特徴とする冷凍機用圧縮機、
8.圧縮機が、二酸化炭素、ハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロカーボン及びアンモニアから選ばれる冷媒を圧縮するものである上記7に記載の冷凍機油組成物、
9.圧縮機の圧縮機構が、スクロール、ロータリー、スイング及びピストン式からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である上記7又は8に記載の冷凍機用圧縮機、及び
10.圧縮機、放熱器、膨張機構及び蒸発器を含む冷凍回路に、二酸化炭素、ハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロカーボン及びアンモニアから選ばれる冷媒を循環させる冷凍装置であって、圧縮機に用いる冷凍機油組成物が、鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる40℃の動粘度2〜500mm2/sである基油に、イミド化合物を組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含む冷凍機油組成物を使用し、かつ、バインダーとしてポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミド、ポリベンゾアゾール、ポリフェニレンスルフィド及びポリアセタールからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む樹脂と、二硫化モリブデン、フッ素含有樹脂、黒鉛及びカーボンブラックから選ばれる少なくとも1種とを含有する潤滑皮膜形成用組成物をアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部にコーティングした圧縮機であることを特徴とする冷凍装置、を提供するものである。
これらの鉱油又は合成油の内、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリアルキレングリコール、ポリオキシアルキレンモノエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレンジエーテル、ポリビニルエーテル−ポリアルキレングリコール共重合体、ポリオールエステル及びポリカーボネートが好ましい。
本発明の冷凍機油組成物は、これらのイミド化合物の1種以上を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%、好ましくは0.1〜4質量%、特に好ましくは0.2〜2質量%含むものである。0.01質量%未満では潤滑性やスラッジ分散性が劣り、5質量%を超えると安定性が劣るからである。
さらに、分子内にイミド基を3個以上有するポリイミド化合物を用いてもよい。
モノ置換アミンの例としては、ブチルアミン,ペンチルアミン,ヘキシルアミン,シクロヘキシルアミン,オクチルアミン,ラウリルアミン,ステアリルアミン,オレイルアミン,ベンジルアミン等を挙げることができ、ジ置換アミンの例としては、ジブチルアミン,ジペンチルアミン,ジヘキシルアミン,ジシクロヘキシルアミン,ジオクチルアミン,ジラウリルアミン,ジステアリルアミン,ジオレイルアミン,ジベンジルアミン,ステアリル・モノエタノールアミン,デシル・モノエタノールアミン,ヘキシル・モノプロパノールアミン,ベンジル・モノエタノールアミン,フェニル・モノエタノールアミン,トリル・モノプロパノール等を挙げることができる。また、トリ置換アミンの例としては、トリブチルアミン,トリペンチルアミン,トリヘキシルアミン,トリシクロヘキシルアミン,トリオクチルアミン,トリラウリルアミン,トリステアリルアミン,トリオレイルアミン,トリベンジルアミン,ジオレイル・モノエタノールアミン,ジラウリル・モノプロパノールアミン,ジオクチル・モノエタノールアミン,ジヘキシル・モノプロパノールアミン,ジブチル・モノプロパノールアミン,オレイル・ジエタノールアミン,ステアリル・ジプロパノールアミン,ラウリル・ジエタノールアミン,オクチル・ジプロパノールアミン,ブチル・ジエタノールアミン,ベンジル・ジエタノールアミン,フェニル・ジエタノールアミン,トリル・ジプロパノールアミン,キシリル・ジエタノールアミン,トリエタノールアミン,トリプロパノールアミン等を挙げることができる。
酸化防止剤としては、フェノール系、アミン系の酸化防止剤が挙げられ、具体的には、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール(DBPC)、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−エチルフェノール、2,2’−メチレンビス(4−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)、2,4−ジメチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチルフェノール等のフェノール系、N,N’−ジイソプロピル−p−フェニレンジアミン、N,N’−ジ−sec−ブチル−p−フェニレンジアミン、フェニル−α−ナフチルアミン、N.N’−ジ−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン等のアミン系の酸化防止剤を配合するのが好ましい。酸化防止剤は、効果及び経済性などの点から、組成物中に通常0.01〜5質量%、好ましくは0.05〜3質量%配合する。
このアルキルグリシジルエーテルのアルキル基、及びアルキレングリコールグリシジルエーテルのアルキレン基は、分岐を有していてもよく、炭素数は通常3〜30、好ましくは4〜24、特に6〜16のものである。また、α−オレフィンオキシドは全炭素数が一般に4〜50、好ましくは4〜24、特に6〜16のものを使用する。本発明においては、上記酸捕捉剤は1種用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。また、その配合量は、効果及びスラッジ発生の抑制の点から、組成物に対して、通常0.005〜5質量%、特に0.05〜3質量%の範囲が好ましい。
その他、ベンゾトリアゾールやその誘導体等の銅不活性化剤等を適宜配合することができる。また、耐荷重添加剤、塩素捕捉剤、清浄分散剤、粘度指数向上剤、油性剤、防錆剤、腐食防止剤、流動点降下剤、消泡剤等を所望に応じて添加することができる。これらの添加剤は、通常、冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.1〜10質量%、好ましくは0.5〜10質量%含有される。
ここで、熱変形温度(HDT:Heat Distortion Temperature)とは、一定の荷重をかけた状態で、一定速度で昇温したときにプラスチックが変形する温度をいい、本発明においては、熱変形温度試験ASTM D648(1.8MPa)による温度で示す。
これらの無機材料膜及び金属メッキ膜の製法としては、真空蒸着法が好ましい。真空蒸着法として、プラズマCVD方式等の化学蒸着(CVD)法や、イオンプレーティング方式やスパッター方式等の物理蒸着(PVD)法が挙げられる。また、金属メッキ膜の製法としては、電解メッキや無電解メッキを用いてもよい。
具体的には、窒素原子、酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子を含む樹脂が好ましく、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、フッ素含有樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリベンゾアゾール等が挙げられるが、特に、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリベンゾアゾール、ポリフェニレンスルフィド及びポリアセタールが熱安定性に優れている点で好ましい。
ポリアミドとしては、芳香族ポリアミド、ポリエーテルアミド及びこれらの変性体等が挙げられ、ポリイミドとしては、芳香族ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、及びこれらの変性体等が挙げられ、ポリアミドイミドとしては、芳香族ポリアミドイミド及びこれらの変性体等が挙げられる。また、ポリベンゾアゾールとしては、ポリベンゾイミダゾール等が好適に挙げられる。これらの樹脂は1種単独で又は2種以上を混合して用いることができる。
本発明において好適には、上記バインダーは潤滑被膜形成用組成物に含有され、圧縮機構部を構成する部材の少なくとも一部のアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部にコーティングされる。該潤滑被膜形成用組成物中のバインダーの含有量は、該組成物全量基準で20〜100質量%の範囲であることが好ましい。20質量%以上であると、後述する固体潤滑剤を潤滑被膜中に強固に保持することができ、十分な潤滑性が得られる。なお、固体潤滑剤を配合する上では、潤滑被膜形成用組成物中のバインダーの含有量は、20〜80質量%の範囲であることがさらに好ましい。
固体潤滑剤の潤滑被膜中における平均粒子径は特に限定されるものではないが、1〜100μmの範囲が緻密な潤滑皮膜を形成する点から好ましい。
固体潤滑剤の含有量は、上記バインダー樹脂100質量部に対して、20〜80質量部の範囲であることが好ましい。20質量部以上であると十分な潤滑性が得られ、80質量部以下であると、バインダーの含有量が減少することによる、潤滑被膜中での固体潤滑剤の保持性が低下せず、固体潤滑剤の摩耗や剥離が生じない。さらに好ましくは、固体潤滑剤の含有量が、バインダー樹脂100質量部に対して、30〜70質量部の範囲である。
前記バインダー樹脂に対する皮膜形成補助剤の含有量は、バインダー樹脂と皮膜形成補助剤の質量比として、99:1〜70:30の範囲が好ましい。
上記潤滑被膜形成用組成物は、圧縮機構部を構成する少なくとも一部の部材のアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部にコーティングされるが、コーティング方法としては特に限定はなく、例えば、有機溶媒に前記バインダーを溶解させ、固体潤滑剤を分散させて潤滑被膜形成用組成物を調製した後、該組成物をアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部に直接塗布する方法、該組成物にアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部を浸漬する方法等が挙げられる。アルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部に塗布等された組成物は溶媒を、乾燥等の方法により除去して、潤滑皮膜が形成される。
そして、この冷凍装置のシステム内の水分含有量が300ppm以下であることが、加水分解や腐食を抑えるためにより好ましい。また、残存空気が50ppm以下であることが、酸化劣化を抑えるためにより好ましい。
冷凍機油組成物の評価は、以下の方法により行った。
(1)密閉ブロックオンリング摩耗試験
荷重100N、回転数1000rpm、時間20分、温度50℃、冷媒:二酸化炭素、冷媒圧:1MPa、ブロック/リング=A4032/モニクロ鋳鉄の条件で、ブロック摩耗巾(mm)を評価した。
(2)分散性試験
各供試油にバリウムスルホネート系防錆剤0.5%を混合し、−5℃に保持し、析出の有無を比較した。
表1に示す配合内容により、18種類の冷凍機油組成物を調製した。上記方法に従って評価した結果を表1に示す。
Claims (10)
- 鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる少なくとも1種である基油に、イミド化合物を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含むことを特徴とする冷凍機油組成物。
- 基油がナフテン鉱油、パラフィン鉱油、アルキルベンゼン、アルキルナフタレン、ポリ−α−オレフィン、ポリアルキレングリコール、ポリオキシアルキレンモノエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレンジエーテル、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリビニルエーテル−ポリアルキレングリコール共重合体、ポリオールエステル、ポリカーボネートからなる群から1種以上選ばれる請求項1に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 基油の40℃の動粘度が2〜500mm2/sである請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- イミド化合物がモノイミド、ビスイミド及び分子内にイミド基を3個以上有するポリイミド化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- さらに、リン酸エステル類を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- さらに、酸化防止剤及び酸捕捉剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる少なくとも1種である基油に、イミド化合物を冷凍機油組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含む冷凍機油組成物を用いる圧縮機であって、圧縮機構部を構成する部材のアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部に、窒素原子、酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子を含む樹脂をバインダーとし、二硫化モリブデン、フッ素含有樹脂、黒鉛及びカーボンブラックから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む潤滑皮膜形成用組成物がコーティングされていることを特徴とする冷凍機用圧縮機。
- 圧縮機が、二酸化炭素、ハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロカーボン及びアンモニアから選ばれる冷媒を圧縮するものである請求項7に記載の冷凍機油組成物。
- 圧縮機の圧縮機構が、スクロール、ロータリー、スイング及びピストン式からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項7又は8に記載の冷凍機用圧縮機。
- 圧縮機、放熱器、膨張機構及び蒸発器を含む冷凍回路に、二酸化炭素、ハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロカーボン及びアンモニアから選ばれる冷媒を循環させる冷凍装置であって、圧縮機に用いる冷凍機油組成物が、鉱油及び合成油から選ばれる40℃の動粘度2〜500mm2/sである基油に、イミド化合物を組成物全量基準で0.01〜5質量%含む冷凍機油組成物を使用し、かつ、バインダーとしてポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミド、ポリベンゾアゾール、ポリフェニレンスルフィド及びポリアセタールからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む樹脂と、二硫化モリブデン、フッ素含有樹脂、黒鉛及びカーボンブラックから選ばれる少なくとも1種とを含有する潤滑皮膜形成用組成物をアルミニウム及び/又は鉄からなる摺動部にコーティングした圧縮機であることを特徴とする冷凍装置。
