Abstract

本发明公开了一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,采用质量比80%的Ⅱ类基础油和20%的烷基苯SynessticTMAN复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧化剂、金属活性剂、清净剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂、防胶剂、抗磨剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的抗乳化、抗泡、消泡、抗氧化、抗剪切、抗腐蚀、抗焦炉气稀释和溶解等性能。

一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物
技术领域
本发明一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物属于压缩机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
焦炉气(焦炉煤气)是指用几种烟煤配制成炼焦用煤,在焦煤炉中经过高温干馏后,在出产焦炭和焦油产品的同时所产生的一种可燃性气体,是炼焦工业的副产品。焦炉气是混合物,其产率和组成因炼焦用煤质量和焦化过程条件不同而有所差别,通常每吨干煤可生产焦炉气300~350m3(标准状态下)。其主要成分有氢气(55~60%)、甲烷(23~27%);另外,还会有少量的一氧化碳(5~8%),C2以上不饱和烃为可燃组分;二氧化碳、氮气为不可燃组分。焦炉气高于中热值气,其热值达到17~19MJ/m3,适合于用作高温工业炉的燃气和城市煤气。焦炉气含氢气量高,分离后用于合成氮,其他成分如甲烷和乙烯可用于有机合成原料。因此,输送和使用过程中,均需用压缩机进行加压。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的抗乳化、抗泡、消泡、抗氧化、抗剪切、抗腐蚀、抗焦炉气稀释和溶解性能的焦炉气压缩机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,采用质量比80%的Ⅱ类基础油和20%的烷基苯SynessticTMAN复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

抗氧化剂是质量比50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺和50%的含铜盐化合物复合剂T542复合。
金属活性剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
清净剂是质量比50%的高碱值烷基水杨酸钙T109C和50%的低碱值合成磺酸钙T104;防锈剂是石油磺酸钙T702。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;抗氧防腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
分散剂是质量比50%的双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152和50%的高分子量丁二酰亚胺T161复合;防胶剂是2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502。
抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的抗乳化、抗泡、消泡、抗氧化、抗剪切、抗腐蚀、抗焦炉气稀释和溶解等性能。

1.一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比80%的Ⅱ类基础油和20%的烷基苯SynessticTMAN复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于金属活性剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于清净剂是质量比50%的高碱值烷基水杨酸钙T109C和50%的低碱值合成磺酸钙T104;防锈剂是石油磺酸钙T702。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;抗氧防腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种焦炉气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于分散剂是质量比50%的双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152和50%的高分子量丁二酰亚胺T161复合;防胶剂是2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502。
