Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッドECUは、クランキングによりエンジンが燃焼開始回転数に達したときにエンジンECUへ燃焼開始指令を送信する。エンジンECUは、その後初爆気筒の点火時期よりもクランク角θeだけ手前の位置に達したときに初爆事前通知をハイブリッドECUへ送信し、その後θeだけ回転した時点で初爆気筒に点火する。一方ハイブリッドECUは、初爆事前通知を受信してからエンジンの初爆気筒の点火時期に至るまでの第1時間t1とそれから初爆気筒の点火によるトルクの影響が駆動軸に現れるまでの第2時間t2との和(tv)が経過した時点で、カウンタトルクTαを考慮したトルク指令をモータECUに送信する。これによりエンジンの初爆時に駆動軸に作用するトルクの影響をタイミングよく抑制できる。

Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
操作者の操作に基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求トルクを設定する要求トルク設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転制御を行なう内燃機関制御手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転を停止した状態で前記要求トルクが前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記電動機を駆動制御している最中に該内燃機関の始動条件が成立したとき、前記内燃機関がクランキングされるよう前記電力動力入出力手段を駆動制御し、前記内燃機関のクランキングに伴って前記駆動軸に反力として作用するトルクをキャンセルしながら前記要求トルクが前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記電動機を駆動制御し、前記内燃機関制御手段に始動指令を送信し、該始動指令の送信後に該内燃機関制御手段が初爆点火時期よりも時間関連パラメータの所定値分だけ手前の時点で送信する同期信号を受信したとき、該受信した時点から前記時間関連パラメータの所定値相当分が経過した時点で前記電動機の出力すべきトルクから所定トルクだけ小さいトルクが出力されるよう該電動機を駆動制御する総合制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

Claims (6)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
操作者の操作に基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求トルクを設定する要求トルク設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転制御を行なう内燃機関制御手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転が停止している状態で該内燃機関の始動条件が成立したとき、前記内燃機関がクランキングされるよう前記電力動力入出力手段を駆動制御すると共に前記内燃機関のクランキングに伴って前記駆動軸に反力として作用するトルクがキャンセルされるよう前記電動機を駆動制御し、クランキングにより前記内燃機関の所定の燃焼開始タイミングに至ったとき、前記内燃機関制御手段に始動指令を送信し、該始動指令の送信後に該内燃機関制御手段が初爆点火時期よりも時間関連パラメータの所定値分だけ手前の時点で送信する同期信号を受信したとき、該受信した時点から前記時間関連パラメータの所定値相当分が経過した時点で前記電動機の出力すべきトルクから所定トルクだけ小さいトルクが出力されるよう該電動機を駆動制御する総合制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記時間関連パラメータの所定値相当分は、前記所定値と同じであるか又は該所定値に少なくとも前記内燃機関制御手段と前記総合制御手段との通信遅れを考慮して設定される値である、
請求項1に記載の動力出力装置。 - 前記時間関連パラメータは、時間経過に伴って変化する前記内燃機関のクランク角である、
請求項1又は2に記載の動力出力装置。 - 前記内燃機関制御手段及び前記総合制御手段は、いずれも前記内燃機関のクランク角を自ら取り込むことが可能な手段である、
請求項3に記載の動力出力装置。 - 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸の3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機とを備える手段である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、前記駆動軸が車軸に機械的に接続されて走行する車両。
