Abstract
【解決手段】電池素子20は、正極21と負極22とをセパレータ23を間にして積層し、巻回した巻回構造を有している。正極21は正極活物質として硫化鉄を含んでおり、負極22は負極活物質としてリチウム金属またはリチウム合金を含んでいる。負極22の単位面積当たりの放電容量に対する正極21の単位面積当たりの放電容量の比率R(正極21の単位面積当たりの放電容量/負極22の単位面積当たりの放電容量)は、1よりも大きく1.4以下であり、放電末期における正極21の放電電位の低下を抑制することができるようになっている。

Description
まず、硫化鉄粉末と、導電材であるグラファイトと、結着材であるポリフッ化ビニリデンとを、硫化鉄:グラファイト:ポリフッ化ビニリデン=90:5:5の質量比で混合し、分散媒に分散してアルミニウム箔よりなる正極集電体の両面に塗布し、圧縮成型して正極活物質層を形成することにより正極21を作製した。次いで、正極21にアルミニウムよりなる正極リード25を取り付けた。
Claims (2)
- 正極および負極と共に電解質を備えた電池であって、
前記正極は硫化鉄を含み、
前記負極はリチウム金属またはリチウム合金を含み、
前記負極の単位面積当たりの放電容量に対する前記正極の単位面積当たりの放電容量の比率(正極の単位面積当たりの放電容量/負極の単位面積当たりの放電容量)は、1よりも大きく1.4以下である
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記負極の単位面積当たりの放電容量に対する前記正極の単位面積当たりの放電容量の比率は、1.1以上1.4以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池。
