Abstract
【解決手段】1番気筒〜3番気筒(#1〜#3)からなる第1のグループの燃料噴射弁に共通の給電経路に断線が生じたとき、この第1のグループの燃料噴射弁と圧縮上死点が対向するプランジャによる燃料の圧送を強制的にゼロとする。

Description
以下、本発明にかかる燃料噴射制御装置をコモンレール式のディーゼル機関の燃料噴射制御装置に適用した第1の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第3の実施形態について、先の第2の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第4の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第5の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 高圧状態で燃料を蓄えるとともに該燃料を燃料噴射弁に供給する蓄圧室と、該蓄圧室に燃料を加圧供給する燃料ポンプと、前記蓄圧室内の燃圧を検出する検出手段とを備える多気筒内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に適用され、前記燃料噴射による前記蓄圧室からの燃料の流出を前記検出される燃圧の目標燃圧へのフィードバック制御によって補う燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記燃料噴射弁の作動不良異常の有無を診断する診断手段と、
前記燃料噴射弁に作動不良異常があると判断されるとき、前記作動不良異常の生じた燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射タイミングと近接するタイミングにて行なわれる前記加圧供給の燃料量を減量すべく、前記フィードバック制御の態様を強制的に変更する変更手段とを備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射装置は、前記燃料噴射と前記加圧供給とが1対1に対応する同期システムとして構成されてなり、
前記変更手段は、前記作動不良異常があると判断される燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射タイミングと隣接するタイミングにて行なわれる前記加圧供給の燃料量を強制的に減量することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射弁は、複数のグループにグループ分けされて且つグループ毎に給電経路を共有するものであり、
前記燃料ポンプは、前記加圧供給する燃料量を調節する調量弁を前記各グループと対応させて各別に備えており、
前記変更手段は、特定のグループに作動不良異常が生じるとき、前記特定のグループと対応する調量弁によって調節される燃料量を強制的に減量することを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記変更手段は、特定のグループに作動不良異常が生じるとき、前記特定のグループと対応する調量弁によって調節される燃料量を強制的にゼロとすることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記変更手段は、特定のグループに作動不良異常が生じるとき、前記特定のグループと対応する調量弁によって調節される燃料量を強制的に予め定められた量に減量することを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射装置は、前記燃料噴射と前記加圧供給とが1対1に対応する同期システムとして構成されてなり、
前記燃料噴射弁は、複数のグループにグループ分けされて且つグループ毎に給電経路を共有するものであり、
前記変更手段は、特定のグループに作動不良異常が生じるとき、前記検出される燃圧のサンプリング周期を強制的に変更することで前記フィードバック制御の態様の強制的な変更を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
