Abstract
【解決手段】保持器5のポケット5aの形状を、ボール4との間に回転方向隙間δを設けた長円形状とし、この回転方向隙間δをボール4の直径Dの4〜10%、好ましくは6〜10%とすることにより、保持器の柱部の剛性低下を生じさせることなく、ボール4の進み遅れによる保持器5との頻繁な衝突を防止できるようにした。

Claims (5)
- 内外輪の軌道溝間に複数のボールを保持器のポケットに保持した玉軸受において、前記保持器のポケットの形状を、前記ボールとの間に回転方向隙間を設けた長円形状または不連続部のある長円形状とし、この回転方向隙間を前記ボールの直径の4〜10%としたことを特徴とする玉軸受。
- 前記保持器が、金属板のプレス加工で形成されたものである請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
- 前記保持器が、樹脂材料の射出成形で形成されたものである請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
- 前記保持器が、金属材料または樹脂材料の削り出しで形成されたものである請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
- 前記玉軸受が、自動車トランスミッションの変速軸を支持するものである請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の玉軸受。
