Abstract
【解決手段】撮影空間S内には、多焦点カメラの複数の撮像ユニットを模式的に表す符号41との距離Ls1〜Ls4が、それぞれ異なる第1〜第4焦点面F1〜F4が設定されている。各焦点面に対応する撮像ユニットの撮影光学系は、多焦点カメラ側で隣接する焦点面との距離よりも長い前側被写界深度Df1〜Df4を有する。また、各撮像ユニットの撮影光学系は、撮影空間S内のあらゆる位置にある同じ大きさH2の被写体Kを同じ大きさh1で撮影することができる焦点距離f1〜f4、及び撮影倍率を有する。

Claims (3)
- 所定の撮影空間を撮影する少なくとも2個の撮像ユニットを有する多焦点カメラであって、
前記撮影空間に、多焦点カメラからの距離が異なる複数の焦点面を設定し、
各撮像ユニットは、対応する焦点面にピントが合い、かつその焦点面から多焦点カメラ寄りの隣接する焦点面、または撮影空間の端部までの空間に前側被写界深度を有し、更に焦点面の位置に関わらず同じ大きさの被写体を同じサイズで撮影することができる撮影倍率を有する撮影光学系を有することを特徴とする多焦点カメラの撮影光学系。 - 前記多焦点カメラから数えてn番目の焦点面と、この焦点面にピントが合う第n撮像ユニットとの距離をLsn、第n撮像ユニットの前側被写界深度の深さがDfn、撮影倍率をmとしたときに、該第n撮像ユニットの撮影光学系の焦点面設定が、下記数式1を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多焦点カメラの撮影光学系。
Lsn−(Lsn−1)≦Dfn (n≧2)・・・数式1 - 前記第n撮像ユニットの撮影光学系の焦点距離fnは、下記数式2を満たすことを特徴とする請求項2記載の多焦点カメラの撮影光学系。
