Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン停止時に(ステップS101がYES)、バタフライ弁体を全閉位置を基準とし正逆両方向に回動させてデポジットを除去する掻き落し制御を行う(ステップS103)。このとき、全閉位置を通過する際の回動速度として駆動速度を検出する(ステップS104)。そして、その駆動速度が予め定めた基準速度αを上回っているかを判定し(ステップ105)、基準速度αを上回っていない場合には掻き落し制御を継続して行う(ステップ105がNO)。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関のガス通路に設けられたバタフライ弁体と、該バタフライ弁体を回動させるアクチュエータとを有し、前記ガス通路内に付着したデポジットを除去するべく、前記アクチュエータを操作することにより、前記バタフライ弁体を全閉位置を基準として正逆両方向に回動させる内燃機関の制御装置において、
デポジットの除去に際して前記バタフライ弁体の回動速度を検出する検出手段と、
該検出手段により検出した回動速度に基づいて前記バタフライ弁体の回動を継続させる継続手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記継続手段は、前記検出手段により検出した回動速度が予め定めた基準速度を上回ったかを判断し、前記回動速度が前記基準速度を上回ったと判断されるまで前記バタフライ弁体の回動を継続させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記回動速度と前記デポジットの付着量の相関に基づいて、前記デポジットが凝固したとしても前記バタフライ弁体の回動を妨げない程度の前記回動速度を前記基準速度として設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記継続手段は、前記検出手段により検出した回動速度の時間変化の割合を算出するとともに、その割合が予め定めた基準値を下回ったかを判断し、前記回動速度の時間変化の割合が前記基準値を下回ったと判断されるまで前記バタフライ弁体の回動を継続させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関には燃焼後の排ガスを吸気系に環流するために吸気通路と排気通路とを連通する連通路が設けられ、前記バタフライ弁体は前記連通路内に設けられ前記排ガスの環流量を調節するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記バタフライ弁体は前記内燃機関の停止後に全閉位置で停止することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
