Abstract
【解決手段】スリップ状態の時、もしくはスリップ状態になりそうな時は、車輪に与えるトルクを脈動させることで、車輪の角速度Wを変動させて、スリップ率Sを変動させ、スリップ率Sを摩擦係数が最大になるスリップ率に近づけることで摩擦係数μの平均を大きくし、車輪が生み出す車両推進力Fの平均を大きくする。車両推進力が大きくなることで、車両が加速してグリップしやすくなる。また、グリップ状態の時、もしくは高速走行時は、トルク脈動を無くす、もしくはトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくして、振動や騒音を抑える。

Description
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、走行中、もしくは走行毎に、発生するトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することができる動力源、もしくは車輪に伝えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することができる動力伝達手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車輪がスリップした時に車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくするため、スリップ検出手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車両発進時に車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくするため、車両発進検出手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくした状態から、車輪がグリップした後に車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくするため、グリップ検出手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくした状態から、車両もしくは車輪が所定速度を超えた後に車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくするため、車両速度検出手段もしくは車輪速度検出手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくしてから一定時間経過した後に車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくするため、経過時間の計算手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、運転者が車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更するため、運転席などにトルク脈動変更スイッチを備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、駆動波形を変更することで車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することができる交流モータの動力源を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、電流を流す固定子の数を変更することで車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することができる電気モータの動力源を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、2つ以上のそれぞれの電気モータが持つコギングトルクを互いに強め合わせて1つの出力軸を駆動したり、コギングトルクを互いに打ち消し合わせて1つの出力軸を駆動したりすることで、車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更するため、2つ以上の電気モータの動力源と、少なくとも1つの電気モータの出力軸に対する位相を変更する手段を備える。
さらに、本発明の車両駆動装置は、車輪の速度を脈動させることができる動力源もしくは動力伝達手段を備える。
Claims (12)
- 動力源と動力源が発生する動力を車輪に伝える動力伝達手段を備えた車両駆動装置であって、車輪に与えるトルクを脈動させることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両駆動装置において、走行中もしくは走行毎に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記車輪がスリップした時に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくすることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、車両発進時に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくすることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくした状態から、前記車輪がグリップした後に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくすることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくした状態から、車両もしくは前記車輪が所定速度を超えた後に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくすることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記車輪のトルク脈動の変動幅を大きくしてから一定時間経過した後に、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を小さくすることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、トルク脈動変更スイッチを備え、このスイッチの操作に応じて、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記動力源として交流モータを備え、前記交流モータの駆動波形を変更することで、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記動力源として電気モータを備え、前記電気モータの電流を流す固定子の数を変更することで、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両駆動装置において、前記動力源として2つ以上の電気モータを備えるとともに、前記動力伝達手段として2つ以上の前記電気モータが発生した動力を合わせて1つの出力軸を駆動し、この出力軸に与えられた動力を前記車輪に伝える手段を備え、少なくとも1つの前記電気モータの前記出力軸に対する位相を変更して、それぞれの前記電気モータが持つコギングトルクを互いに強め合わせて前記出力軸を駆動したり、前記コギングトルクを互いに打ち消し合わせて前記出力軸を駆動したりすることで、前記車輪に与えるトルク脈動の変動幅を変更することを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動装置であって、前記車輪に与えるトルクを脈動させる替わりに、前記車輪の速度を脈動させることを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
