Abstract
【解決手段】透析機械は、動脈血用管38および静脈血用管66のクランプ40、72を選択的に開閉しかつ老廃物ドレン86に通ずる老廃物用弁を作動させる。コネクタがプライミング手順の間に動脈血用管33および静脈血用管66を老廃物用弁に取り付ける。この透析機械は、透析器54および血液チューブセットを殺菌した流体でフラッシュし、使用済みの流体を老廃物ドレン86の下方に導きかつ追加の殺菌した流体を体外通路を通じて再循環させるために、血液ポンプ34、クランプ40,72および老廃物用弁を自動的に作動させる。

Claims (17)
- ポンプ(34)と、透析器(54)と、患者から血液を吸引するための動脈血用管(38)、患者から受け入れた血液を収容するための動脈血溜め(46)、動脈血溜め(46)から透析器(54)を通じてポンプで圧送される血液を収容するための静脈血溜め(64)、静脈溜めからの血液を患者に戻すための静脈血用管(66)ならびに動脈血用管(38)および静脈血用管(66)を接続するためのコネクタ(102)を含む血液チューブセットとを有する透析機械(30)をプライミングする方法において、前記方法が
動脈血用管(38)および静脈血用管(66)をコネクタ(102)の二つのアームと接続し、
コネクタ(102)の第3アームを老廃物ドレン(86)と接続し、
老廃物用弁(106)をコネクタ(102)の第3アームと老廃物ドレン(86)との間に接続し、
動脈血溜め(46)を殺菌した溶液を満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血用管(38)の動脈血クランプ(40)を開いて、動脈血用管(38)の内部の殺菌した溶液をコネクタ(102)を通じかつ開いた老廃物用弁(106)を通過して老廃物ドレン(86)の下方で排出し、
動脈血クランプ(40)を閉じ、
静脈血用管(66)の静脈血クランプ(72)を開きかつポンプ(34)を前進方向に運転して、動脈血溜め(46)からの殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および静脈血溜めを通じて吸引しかつ殺菌した溶液を静脈血用管(66)およびコネクタ(102)を通じかつ開いた老廃物用弁(106)を通過して老廃物ドレン(86)の下方で排出し、かつ
老廃物用弁(106)を閉じ、動脈血クランプ(40)を開きかつポンプ(34)を運転して、殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップを含む方法。 - 透析機械(30)がポンプ(34)、動脈血クランプ(40)、静脈血クランプ(72)および老廃物用弁(106)を自動的に作動させるために適合したマイクロプロセッサを含み、かつ
動脈血用管(38)を殺菌した溶液で満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血クランプ(40)を開くステップに続くステップが透析機械により自動的に行われる請求項1に記載の方法。 - 透析機械(30)がポンプ(34)、動脈血クランプ(40)、静脈血クランプ(72)および老廃物弁(106)を自動的に作動させるために適合したマイクロプロセッサを含み、かつ
老廃物用弁(106)をコネクタ(102)の第3アームと老廃物ドレン(86)との間に接続するステップに続くステップが透析機械(30)により自動的に行われる請求項1に記載の方法。 - さらに、殺菌した溶液が老廃物ドレン(86)の下方で廃棄されるときに、透析器(54)および血液チューブセットの内部に殺菌した溶液を補給するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップの間に流体を透析器(54)外に直接に吸引しかつ流体を廃棄する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップが透析機械(30)が患者と接続されるまで続けられる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 流体を透析器(54)から直接に吸引するステップが殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップの開始後の所定時間に停止される請求項6に記載の方法。
- さらに、流体を透析器(54)から直接に吸引するステップが停止されるときに所定時間後の時点で透析機械(30)を患者と接続するための準備が完了していることを指示するステップを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 透析機械(30)がポンプ(34)、動脈血クランプ(40)、静脈血クランプ(72)および老廃物用弁(106)を自動的に作動させるために適合したマイクロプロセッサを含み、かつ
動脈血用管(38)を殺菌した溶液で満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血クランプ(40)を開くステップに続くステップが透析機械(30)により自動的に行われる請求項8に記載の方法。 - 以前に使用された透析器を再使用することとは対照的に、新しい透析器が血液チューブセットと共に使用されるときに、ポンプ(34)を前進方向に運転して、殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および老廃物ドレン(86)を通じて下方に吸引するステップが延長される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 透析機械(54)がその内部に隣接した血液チャンネルおよび透析液チャンネルを画成するために相互に隔離された複数のプレートを有するプレート型透析器であり、かつさらに、
透析器(54)の内部の流体圧力を増大しかつ透析器(54)の内部のプレートを相互に隔離するために殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップの間に静脈血クランプ(72)を閉じ、かつ
プレート型透析器(54)の内部のプレートが十分に隔離された後に透析器(54)および血液チューブセットの内部の圧力を等しくするために静脈血クランプ(72)を開くステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 透析機械(30)がポンプ(34)、動脈血クランプ(40)、静脈血クランプ(72)および老廃物用弁(106)を自動的に作動させるために適合したマイクロプロセッサを含み、かつ
動脈血用管(38)を殺菌した溶液で満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血クランプ(40)を開くステップに続くステップが透析機械(30)により自動的に行われる請求項11に記載の方法。 - 殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップが透析機械(30)が患者と接続されるまで続けられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポンプ(34)と、透析器(54)と、患者から血液を吸引するための動脈血用管(38)、患者から受け入れた血液を収容するための動脈血溜め(46)、動脈血溜め(46)から透析器(54)に血液をポンプで圧送するためのポンプヘッダ、ポンプで圧送される血液を透析器(54)を通じて患者に戻すための静脈血用管(66)ならびに動脈血用管(38)および静脈血用管(66)を連結するためのコネクタ(102)を含む血液チューブセットとを有する透析機械(30)プライミングする方法において、前記方法が
動脈血用管(38)および静脈血用管(66)をコネクタ(102)の2つのアームと接続し、
コネクタ(102)の第3アームを老廃物ドレン(86)と接続し、
老廃物用弁(106)をコネクタ(102)の第3アームと老廃物ドレン(86)との間に接続し、
動脈血溜め(46)を殺菌した溶液で満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血用管(38)の動脈血クランプ(40)を開いて、動脈血用管(38)の内部の殺菌した溶液をコネクタ(102)を通じかつ開いた老廃物用弁(106)を通過して老廃物ドレン(86)の下方で排出し、
動脈血クランプ(40)を閉じ、
静脈血用管(66)の静脈血クランプ(72)を開きかつポンプ(34)を前進方向に運転して、動脈血溜め(46)からの殺菌した溶液をポンプヘッダおよび透析器(54)を通じて吸引しかつ殺菌した溶液を静脈血用管(66)およびコネクタ(102)を通じかつ開いた老廃物用弁(106)を通過して老廃物ドレン(86)の下方で排出可能にし、かつ
老廃物用弁(106)を閉じ、動脈血クランプ(40)を開きかつポンプ(34)を運転して、殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップを含む方法。 - 透析機械(30)がポンプ(34)、動脈血クランプ(40)、静脈血クランプ(72)および老廃物用弁(106)を自動的に作動させるために適合したマイクロプロセッサを含み、かつ
動脈血用管(38)を殺菌した溶液で満たしかつ老廃物用弁(106)および動脈血クランプ(40)を開くステップに続くステップが透析機械(30)により自動的に行われる請求項14に記載の方法。 - さらに、殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップの間に流体を透析器(54)外に吸引しかつ流体を廃棄するステップを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 流体を透析器(54)から直接に吸引するステップが殺菌した溶液を透析器(54)および血液チューブセットを通じて再循環させるステップの開始後の所定時間に停止される請求項16に記載の方法。
