次に、Cuめっき被膜と、Sn又はSn合金めっき被膜とのなじみ性(濡れ性)の差について検証する。図7、8(写真)は、めっき被膜表面に液体を一滴ずつ乗せて濡れ性の大きさを比較したものである。Cuめっき被膜と、Sn又はSn−Bi合金めっき被膜では、後者の方が濡れ性が小さいことが分かる(なじみ性大)。実際に、Cuめっき被膜及びSn−Bi合金めっき被膜に黒鉛含有潤滑被膜を焼付け形成したピンないしボックスの耐焼付き性は、Sn−Bi合金めっき被膜の方が圧倒的に優れていることが確認された。

Claims (8)
- ねじ部とねじ無し金属接触部とを有する接触表面をそれぞれ備えたピンとボックスで構成され、ピンとボックスの少なくとも一方の接触表面に、Sn−Bi合金めっきを形成した鋼管用ねじ継手。
- ねじ部とねじ無し金属接触部とを有する接触表面をそれぞれ備えたピンとボックスで構成され、ピンとボックスの少なくとも一方の接触表面に、Cu−Sn−Bi合金めっきを形成した鋼管用ねじ継手。
- Sn−Bi合金めっき又はCu−Sn−Bi合金めっきの下層に、Snめっき、Cuめっき又はNiめっきを形成した請求項1又は2の鋼管用ねじ継手。
- 合金めっきの表面に、潤滑被膜を形成した請求項1から3のいずれかの鋼管用ねじ継手。
- 潤滑被膜が、粘稠液体又は半固体の潤滑被膜である請求項4の鋼管用ねじ継手。
- 潤滑被膜が、固体潤滑被膜である請求項4の鋼管用ねじ継手。
- 潤滑被膜が、下層の固体潤滑被膜と、上層の粘稠液体又は半固体の潤滑被膜である請求項4の鋼管用ねじ継手。
- 固体潤滑被膜が、固体粉末を含有する請求項5、請求項6又は7の鋼管用ねじ継手。
