Claims (8)
- 管用ねじ接合部であって、
ピン部材及びボックス部材であり、該ピン部材が該ボックス部材の雌ねじ山に対応するよう構成された雄ねじ山を有するピン部材及びボックス部材と、
スタブフランク及び負荷フランクと、平坦な谷及び頂きと、を有する略ダブテイル型のプロフアイルを備える該雌ねじ山及び該雄ねじ山のねじ山形と、を具備しており、
該雌ねじ山は該ボックス上で1つの方向に幅を増大し、該雄ねじ山は該ピン上でもう1つの方向に幅を増大しているので、該ねじ山の該谷、頂き、及びフランクは一緒に動き、シールを形成し、該シール間で流体の流れに抵抗するシールを形成しており、該ねじ接合部は又
該雌ねじ山及び該雄ねじ山の特定の領域に付けられたポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成るフルオロポリマーベースのコーティングと、そして
該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングを欠いた該雌ねじ山及び雄ねじ山の領域に配置された樹脂コーティングと、を具備しており、
該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングと樹脂コーティングは一緒になって該雌ねじ山及び該雄ねじ山の全表面上に実質的に均一なコーティング層を形成するねじ接合部。 - 該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングが、該雌ねじ山及び雄ねじ山の、ねじ山頂きと、ねじ山谷の実質的に中央の領域と、に付けられる請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
- 該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングが約20−40重量パーセントのポリテトラフルオロエチレンと約40−60重量パーセントのエポキシ樹脂との混合物を有する請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
- 該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングの付着の前に、化学的コーティングが該雌ねじ山及び雄ねじ山の全表面に付けられる請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
- 該化学的コーティングが燐酸塩コーティング、蓚酸塩コーティング、及び硼酸塩コーティングから成るグループから選択される請求項4記載のねじ接合部。
- 該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングの付着の前に機械的表面処理が該雌ねじ山及び雄ねじ山の全表面に付けられる請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
- 該フルオロポリマーベースのコーティングが約10から約40マイクロメートルの範囲内の半径方向厚さを有する請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
- 該樹脂コーティングが約10から約40マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する請求項1記載のねじ接合部。
