【解決手段】冷却装置(2)の下流に回転ロール(4)を有し、該回転ロール(4)はロッド(6)と接触する溝(5)を有し、該溝(5)とロッドとが接触する溝底部の幅(b)が、前記ロッド(6)の直径(a)と略同一であることを特徴とする繊維強化成形材料の製造装置。

Claims (8)
- 強化繊維束を引き取りながら熱可塑性樹脂を含浸させて賦形する含浸槽(1)と、該槽(1)より引き出された樹脂含浸強化繊維束(6)を冷却する冷却装置(2)と、冷却された樹脂含浸強化繊維束(6)を引き取る引取装置(3)とを有する長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形材料の製造装置において、前記冷却装置(2)の下流に回転ロール(4)を有し、該回転ロール(4)は前記樹脂含浸強化繊維束(6)と接触する溝(5)を有し、該溝(5)と前記樹脂含浸強化繊維束とが接触する溝底部の幅(b)が、前記樹脂含浸強化繊維束(6)の直径(a)と略同一であることを特徴とする長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂成形材料の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)が、ナイロン樹脂から構成されている請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記溝(5)が、複数個設けられている請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)の溝(5)の壁面と、該回転ロール軸方向との角度(α)が、90〜80度である請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)の溝(5)の底部の幅(b)が、1〜4mmである請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)の溝部(5)の底外径(D1)と回転ロール(4)の円盤部(7)の外径(D2)との差が、30mm以上である請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)の溝(5)のピッチ(c)が、含浸槽のノズルのピッチ(c’)と実質的に等ピッチである請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記回転ロール(4)の下方に、冷媒受けパン(8)を有する請求項1に記載の製造装置。
