Abstract
この場合、基材に対して塗工液は基材全面に塗らず、基材の両端は非塗工部となる。この非塗工部を、塗工直後付近で把持し、基材を緊張させることによりバタツキを抑えることが有効である。
【解決手段】 本発明では、塗工直後付近にて、連続して流れる基材に対してその両端を常に把持し、且つその緊張状態を維持するように制御することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 基材の両面に塗工液を連続的に塗工した後、乾燥機で溶媒を乾燥させ、塗工面を形成する塗工装置において、塗工ヘッドの下流側に、基材の両端部を連続的に表裏面から把持する1対の回転体による把持機構から構成される把持手段をそれぞれ配置し、当該両端部における1対の回転体の方向を基材送り方向に対して可変に制御することを特徴とする、両面塗工基材の搬送装置。
- 基材の表裏面から把持する1対の回転体を複数個連続的に配置し、それぞれをリンクし、循環駆動されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工基材の搬送装置。
- 基材の表裏面から把持する1対の回転体を複数個連続的に配置し、それぞれをリンクし、循環駆動されるようにした塗工基材の搬送装置であって、当該回転体に代わり、非回転体による把持部材に交換可能に構成せしめたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工基材の搬送装置。
