Claims (4)
- 多孔基材に塗工液を塗工する塗工装置であって、
第1ローラから送り出された多孔基材を第2ローラで巻き取ることによって多孔基材を連続して搬送する搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構によって搬送される多孔基材の一方面に塗工液を吐出する塗工ノズルと、
前記搬送機構によって搬送される多孔基材を挟んで前記塗工ノズルと対向する位置に設けられた平滑板と、
を備え、
前記塗工ノズルは、前記平滑板と平行な塗工面および前記塗工面の一部に形成された吐出口を有し、
前記平滑板は少なくとも前記吐出口を覆う位置に設けられ、
前記搬送機構による多孔基材の搬送方向に沿って下流側の前記平滑板の端部が前記塗工ノズルの前記塗工面の下流側端部よりも上流側に位置するように前記平滑板が設置されることを特徴とする塗工装置。 - 請求項1記載の塗工装置において、
前記平滑板と前記塗工ノズルの前記塗工面との間隔を測定するリニアスケールをさらに備えることを特徴とする塗工装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2記載の塗工装置と、
前記塗工装置によって基材に形成された塗工液の塗膜を乾燥させる乾燥部と、
を備えることを特徴とする塗膜形成システム。 - 多孔基材に塗工液を塗工する塗工方法であって、
第1ローラから送り出された多孔基材を第2ローラで巻き取ることによって多孔基材を連続して搬送する搬送工程と、
搬送される多孔基材の一方面に塗工ノズルから塗工液を吐出する吐出工程と、
を備え、
前記吐出工程では、搬送される多孔基材を挟んで前記塗工ノズルと対向する位置に設けられた平滑板によって少なくとも前記塗工ノズルの前記平滑板と平行な塗工面の一部に形成された吐出口を覆うとともに、多孔基材の搬送方向に沿って下流側の前記平滑板の端部が前記塗工ノズルの前記塗工面の下流側端部よりも上流側に位置しつつ前記塗工ノズルから塗工液を吐出することを特徴とする塗工方法。
