Abstract
【課題】 シールドシェルとシェル接続部材との接点部において擦れを生じないようにする。
【解決手段】 コネクタハウジング5にはシールドシェル18がインサート成形によって組み込まれる一方、シールド電線1の編組線2端末にはシールドシェル18の内面と接触可能なシェル接続部材22がかしめリング23のかしめによって装着されている。また、コネクタハウジング5の後端にはシェル接続部材22等に対する抜け止めを行うためのカバー17が装着されている。かしめリング23にはかしめに伴ってリブ26が突出形成され、このリブ26がカバー17の内周面において周方向に沿って複数箇所に配された回り止め凹部35のいずれかに係止する。これによって、シェル接続部材22が回り止めされ、シールドシェル18との間の接点部に擦れを生じさせない。

Description
請求項1の発明によれば、シールド電線がその軸芯周りに捩られたときにも、係止手段によって接続手段が周り止めされているため、接続手段とシールドシェルとの間の接触部分での擦れを回避することができる。
請求項2の発明によれば、接続手段は突出部と凹部との係止によって回り止めがなされるが、このときに突出部あるいは凹部は複数箇所設定されたもののうちの一つを選択すればよいため、係止にあたって周方向の位置決め作業が簡単ですむ、という効果が得られる。
請求項3の発明によれば、突出部はかしめリングをかしめ付ける工程で生じるつば部を利用するため、専用の回り止め構造を設定する必要がなく、構成の簡素化と製造工程の無駄がない。
本発明の実施形態1を図1ないし図9によって説明する。まず、シールド電線1について説明すると、シールド電線1全体は複数本(図では計3本)の電線を筒状に編み込んでなる編組線2(本発明のシールド導体)にて一括して被包し、さらにその外周部にはシース3が被着されて形成されている。なお、各電線は多数本の撚り線を絶縁被覆で包み込んだ周知のものである。

Claims (3)
- シールド導体によって複数本の電線が一括して被包されるシールド電線と、前記各電線の端末にそれぞれ接続された端子金具を収容するコネクタハウジングと、このコネクタハウジング内において前記端子金具を包囲する形態で組み込まれるシールドシェルと、前記シールド導体の端末に装着され前記シールドシェルに接触可能な筒状の接続手段と、前記コネクタハウジングに固定され前記接続手段の抜け止めを行うカバーとを備え、
かつ、前記カバーと前記接続手段との間には相互に係止し合うことで前記接続手段の軸周りの回動を規制する係止手段が設けられていることを特徴とするシールドコネクタ。 - 前記係止手段は、前記カバーと前記接続手段のいずれか一方側において径方向へ突出するよう形成された突出部と、他方側において前記突出部を受け入れる凹部とからなり、前記突出部あるいは前記凹部は周方向に沿って複数箇所が設定されて、これらが選択的に係止可能となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールドコネクタ。
- 前記接続手段は、前記シールド導体における端末の内側に嵌め入れられて前記シールドシェルに接触可能なシェル接続部材と、前記シールド導体における端末の外側に嵌められ前記シェル接続部材との間で前記シールド導体を挟みつつかしめ付けることで前記シェル接続部材と一体化された状態で前記シールド導体に固定されるかしめリングとからなっているとともに、
前記突出部は前記かしめリングが前記かしめ付けられる際に生じる長さ方向へのつば部であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシールドコネクタ。
