Abstract
【解決手段】 培養液14を用いて培養物12を培養する培養チャンバ2であって、培養液とともに培養物を収容する培養空間部10と、この培養空間部に培養液を導入させる導入部(導入口30)と、培養空間部から培養液を排出させる排出部(排出口32)と、培養空間部の導入部側に形成されて、導入部から培養空間部に導入された培養液に、導入部と排出部とを結ぶ仮想線と交差方向に向けて培養空間部の内壁面から拡散することにより、排出部に至る液流を生じさせる整流部(立壁40、小空間部44)とを備える構成である。

Claims (8)
- 培養液を用いて培養物を培養する培養チャンバであって、
前記培養液とともに前記培養物を収容する培養空間部と、
この培養空間部に前記培養液を導入させる導入部と、
前記培養空間部から前記培養液を排出させる排出部と、
前記培養空間部の前記導入部側に形成されて、前記導入部から前記培養空間部に導入された前記培養液に、前記導入部と前記排出部とを結ぶ仮想線と交差方向に向けて前記培養空間部の内壁面から拡散することにより、前記排出部に至る液流を生じさせる整流部と、
を備える構成としたことを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載の培養チャンバにおいて、
前記培養空間部の前記排出部側に形成されて、前記培養空間部の内壁面から導かれる前記培養液を前記排出部に導く排出整流部を備えることを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載の培養チャンバにおいて、
前記培養空間部は、曲面を成す第1の内壁面と、この第1の内壁面と交差方向に形成された平坦面を成す第2の内壁面とを含むことを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載の培養チャンバにおいて、
前記整流部から前記排出部側に橋絡する支持部を備えたことを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載の培養チャンバにおいて、
前記導入部は、前記培養液を通過させる通路径を前記排出部より小さく設定したことを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項3に記載の培養チャンバにおいて、
前記第1の内壁面の中途部に突部を設けたことを特徴とする培養チャンバ。 - 請求項1〜請求項6記載の培養チャンバを備えて前記培養物を培養する培養装置。
- 培養物を培養する培養液の送液方法であって、
前記培養物が収容された培養空間部内に導入される培養液を、その導入方向と交差する方向に導き、前記培養空間部の内壁面から拡散させて排出させる液流を形成することを特徴とする培養液の送液方法。
