Abstract
【解決手段】吐出弁装置119のストッパ132は板ばね材から形成され、かしめピン133により固定されたストッパ固定部138近傍の略クランク形状のストッパ折り曲げ部137を有するとともに凹部124に設けた当接部128に反ストッパ固定部138側の端部を当接させることでストッパ132と凹部124底面との所定の隙間を確保しているもので組み立て精度が高くでき、また、吐出リード129の浮きが発生しないので圧縮効率が高く騒音レベルばらつきが少ない。

Claims (5)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータによって駆動される圧縮要素と、前記電動モータと前記圧縮要素とを収容するとともにオイルを貯留する密閉容器とを備え、前記圧縮要素はピストンを収容したシリンダと、前記シリンダの開口端を封止するとともに反シリンダ側に吐出弁装置を形成したバルブプレートを備え、前記吐出弁装置は前記バルブプレートに穿設した吐出孔と、前記吐出孔を囲うように前記バルブプレートの反シリンダ側に形成した吐出弁座と、前記バルブプレートの反シリンダ側に形成した固定台座部と、前記固定台座部に一端が固定され、前記吐出弁座を開閉する開閉部を有する吐出リードと、前記吐出リードの反バルブプレート側に配置され前記吐出リードの開閉部と所定の隙間を保持したストッパを有するとともに、前記ストッパは板ばね材から形成され、一端を前記吐出リード固定端部とともに前記バルブプレートの前記固定台座部に固定し、他端を前記バルブプレートに形成した当接部に当接させた冷媒圧縮機。
- ストッパを、吐出リードとの間にスペーサを介在させて固定した請求項1に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- バルブプレートを焼結金属から形成するとともに、前記バルブプレートに設けた当接部及び固定台座部を焼結金属素材面にて形成した請求項1または2に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 圧縮要素にはシリンダに連通する消音空間を備えたサクションマフラーを含み、前記サクションマフラーに設けた吸入口は密閉容器に取り付けた吸入管の開口端に対向して開口するか、あるいは吸入管の開口端と連通する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 圧縮する冷媒をハイドロカーボンとし、オイルを鉱油またはアルキルベンゼンとした請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
