Abstract
【解決手段】ストッパ127はアーム部130に対応する位置にアーム部130と所定の隙間を有する当接部131を設けることで、吐出リード126のアーム部130が当接部131に当接するまではバネ特性が弱く、当接後はバネ特性が強いという二段階のバネ特性を持ち、開きやすく閉じるスピードの早い吐出弁装置114が得られるので閉じ遅れを改善する。

Claims (5)
- ピストンが往復動するシリンダと、前記シリンダの開口端を封止するとともに反シリンダ側に吐出弁装置を備えたバルブプレートと、前記吐出弁装置を収容する吐出室を形成したヘッドを有し、前記吐出弁装置は、前記バルブプレートに設けた前記シリンダ内に連通する吐出孔と、前記吐出孔の外側に形成した弁座部と、板バネ材からなり前記吐出孔を開閉する開閉部とアーム部とを備えた吐出リードと、前記吐出リードの開き量を規制するストッパを備え、前記ストッパは前記アーム部に対応する位置に前記アーム部と所定の隙間を有する当接部を有する密閉型圧縮機。
- ストッパは開閉部に対応する位置に当接部より大きな隙間を有する規制部を有する請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 吐出リードとストッパをバルブプレートに固定した請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- ストッパをヘッドに成形した請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 当接部および規制部の当接面が固体潤滑材料で形成された請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
