Claims (9)
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소와 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소로 구동되는 크랭크 샤프트와 피스톤이 커넥팅 로드에 의해 연결되어, 상기 피스톤이 왕복 운동하는 실린더를 구비한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 실린더의 개구부를 막도록 설치되는 밸브 플레이트와, 상기 밸브 플레이트 상에 설치되어 말굽 형상의 토출 밸브부를 구비하는 토출 밸브판과, 상기 토출 밸브판 상에 설치되어 외팔보부를 구비하는 제진판과, 상기 토출 밸브판과 상기 제진판 사이에 설치되는 제1 판 형상 부재와, 상기 제진판 상에 설치되어 상기 제진판의 동작 범위를 규제하는 판 형상의 스토퍼와, 상기 제진판과 상기 스토퍼의 사이에 설치되는 제2 판 형상 부재를 구비하고, 상기 토출 밸브판의 말굽 형상부의 고정부와 상기 제진판의 외팔보부의 고정부가 대향하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 플레이트는 오목부를 갖고, 상기 오목부에 토출구가 형성되고, 상기 토출구는 상기 오목부보다도 융기된 토출 밸브 시트면을 갖고, 상기 토출구 상에 상기 토출 밸브부가 설치되고, 상기 토출 밸브부 상에 상기 외팔보부의 단부에 설치된 제진부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출 밸브판과 상기 제진판은 각각 두께가 0.3㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출 밸브부와 상기 제진판 사이에 0.3㎜ 이하의 간극이 형성되도록 상기 제1 판 형상 부재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출 밸브부 상의 상기 제진판의 외팔보부와 상기 제진부 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 구멍부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출구는 소정 간격으로 2개소 형성되고, 상기 제진판의 외팔보부의 폭은, 상기 2개소의 토출구의 최외단부끼리의 간격보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제진판의 외팔보부는 A자 형상이며, 2개소의 고정부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항에 기재된 밀폐형 압축기가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
