Claims (4)
- 内部をピストンが往復移動するシリンダ部と、該シリンダ部の開口を塞いだ状態で設けられ、吐出孔が形成されたバルブプレートと、該バルブプレートの前記シリンダ部側と反対側の面に設けられた窪み部内に設置されて前記吐出孔を開閉する板状の吐出弁と、前記窪み部内で前記吐出弁上に設置された板状の制振部材と、前記窪み部内で該制振部材上に設置されたストッパーとを有する密閉型圧縮機であり、
前記吐出弁は、前記バルブプレートに固定される固定部と、前記吐出孔を開閉する弁部と、前記固定部と前記弁部とを連結するアーム部とを備え、前記制振部材は、前記吐出弁の固定部に対応する形状の固定部と、前記吐出弁のアーム部の延在方向に対応する方向に延在する制振部とを備え、前記ストッパーは、前記制振部材の固定部に重ねられる固定部を備え、前記バルブプレートの窪み部の前記吐出弁の固定部が嵌合される部分は、該固定部の形状に対応する形状に形成されており、前記吐出弁の固定部と前記制振部材の固定部との間、または、前記制振部材の固定部と前記ストッパーの固定部との間には、前記吐出弁の固定部に対応する形状に形成された固定板が設置され、前記制振部は、前記固定部側の部分が前記吐出弁のアーム部と接触した状態で延在しており、前記固定部と反対側の部分が前記ストッパー方向に向けて屈曲して前記吐出弁のアーム部と接触していない状態で延在していることを特徴とする密閉型圧縮機。 - 前記固定板は、前記吐出弁のアーム部の延在方向に突出した突出部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記制振部材は、前記制振部の先端部分が前記ストッパーまたは前記バルブプレートの窪み部が形成された側の面に取り付けられるシリンダヘッドの内面に当接することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記固定板は、該固定板の縁部分から形成されたスリット状の切り込みを有してばね様の構造となっており、前記バルブプレートの窪み部の前記吐出弁の固定部が嵌合される部分に前記固定板自体の付勢力で固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
