前記光学放射線(6)に対して透明な第一の変形可能層(7)が、前記第一感光層(5)と前記第二基材(8)との間に配置されてなる、媒体。 - 前記第一感光層(5)が無機材料を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の媒体。
- 前記第一基材(2)が、パターン化された前面(2b)を含んでなる、請求項1または2に記載の媒体。
- 前記第一の変形可能層(7)が、光放射線により予め架橋された重合体を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記重合体がシリコーンの中から選択されるものである、請求項3に記載の媒体。
- 前記第一の変形可能層(7)の厚さが200マイクロメートル以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、前記第一基材(2)と前記第一感光層(5)との間に配置された誘電層(4)を含んでなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、前記第一基材(2)と前記第一感光層(5)との間に配置された第一金属層(3)を含んでなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、前記第一基材(2)と前記第一感光層(5)との間に配置された、酸化保護層を含んでなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、前記第一感光層(5)と前記第一の変形可能層(7)との間に配置された第二金属層を含んでなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記酸化保護層が、前記光学放射線に対して透明であり、前記第二金属層と前記第一の変形可能層(7)との間に配置されてなる、請求項10に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、前記第一の変形可能層(7)と前記第二基材(8)との間に配置された少なくとも一つの半透明の第二感光層(10)を含んでなり、前記第二感光層(10)と前記第二基材(8)との間に、第二の変形可能層(11)が配置されてなる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記第二感光層(10)が無機材料を含んでなる、請求項12に記載の媒体。
- 前記第二感光層(10)が、パターン化された前面(10a)を含んでなる、請求項12または13に記載の媒体。
- 前記第一の変形可能層(7)が、パターン化された前面(7a)を含んでなる、請求項12または13に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、光学ディスクの形態にある、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体(1)が、チップカードの形態にある、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の媒体。
