Abstract
Description
− 本発明による接着剤は、ガラスおよびガラス繊維に対する親和性が高い。ガラス−金属、ガラス−ガラス、およびガラス−ゴムの接合にそれらを使用すると、広い温度範囲で高い強度が得られる。
− エポキシ樹脂およびアクリル酸金属塩を含有する本発明による接着剤は、高温でも極めて高い剪断強度を示す。このようにして得られる接着は、約−20℃の温度でも尚、安定で機能性がある。この結合は、酸素および化学物質に対して優れた耐性を示す。
− また、本発明による接着剤は、慣用的な接着剤系について既知の接着剤特性を著しく損うことなく、油で汚れた前処理されていない基材を直接結合させることができる。
− エポキシ、エラストマーおよびアクリル系の場合に知られているように、本発明による接着剤の架橋温度を広い温度範囲で調節することができる。更に、多価金属イオンを追加で使用することにより、接着および強度を広い範囲で調節することができる。
[実施例]
−工具鋼(X12CrNi18 8)製のサンドブラスト処理された鋼プレート(60×25×2mm)
−工具鋼(X12CrNi18 8;材料番号1.4300)製の磨き鋼パレット(接触面積直径12mm)
−マクロロン(Makrolon)(登録商標)2205(バイエル社(Bayer AG))ポリカーボネート
−ポーカン(Pocan)(登録商標)(バイエル社(Bayer AG))ポリエチレン/ブチレンテレフタレート
−モービル製のプフィンダ(Pfinder)オイル(プフィンダ(PFINDER)P160、特殊冷却油)
−ツェラー+グメリン社(ZELLER+GMELIN GmbH)製のディビノル(Divinol)オイル(エンジンオイル、ディビノル・マルチマックス(DIVINOL Multimax)HDC3 15W40)
−エスト(Oest)製のプラチノル(Platinol)オイル(エスト・プラチノル(OEST PLATINOL)B804/3C、深絞り加工油)
剪断強度の決定:
混合物をローラーで薄層に引き伸ばし(厚さ約1mm)、2枚の鋼シート間に塗布し(重なり12mm)、異なる時間、異なる温度で5バールで加硫する。シートは最初にアセトンで脱脂するか、又は様々なオイルに浸漬した。
Claims (15)
- HXNBRを0.1〜98重量%含有する接着剤。
- 前記HXNBRが、ニトリル基含量(アクリロニトリルとして計算される)10〜60重量%の高飽和HXNBRであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記HXNBRの残留二重結合含量が0〜20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記HXNBRのカルボキシル基含量(対応するモノマーカルボン酸として計算される)が1〜20重量%であり、前記カルボキシル基が、前記ポリマー主鎖中にランダムに分布しているカルボン酸基を含有する共重合性酸の形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記カルボキシル基の一部又は全部が金属塩の形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、アクリル酸金属塩および/又はメタクリル酸金属塩を最大80重量%まで含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を形成する成分を最大30重量%まで含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、多価金属イオンを無機塩、酸化物又は有機塩の形態で最大20重量%まで含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、過酸化物、酸化還元系、エポキシド、イオウ化合物、アミン、イソシアネート、および多価イオンを含む群から選択される架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- ペースト、フィルム、薄層、分散体、溶液又はラテックスの形態の、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 金属、ガラス、ゴム、熱可塑性樹脂、木材、セラミック、皮革、石、コンクリート、プラスチック、繊維、並びに、天然繊維、合成繊維、ガラス/鉱物繊維、および金属繊維から製造される織物を含む群から選択される基材に金属を結合させるための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤の使用法。
- ガラス、ゴム、熱可塑性樹脂、木材、セラミック、皮革、石、コンクリート、プラスチック、繊維、並びに、天然繊維、合成繊維、ガラス/鉱物繊維、および金属繊維から製造される織物を含む群から選択される基材にゴムを結合させるための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤の使用法。
- 金属、ガラス、ゴム、熱可塑性樹脂、木材、セラミック、皮革、石、コンクリート、プラスチック、繊維、並びに、天然繊維、合成繊維、ガラス/鉱物繊維、および金属繊維から製造される織物を含む群から選択される材料を任意の所望の組合せで結合させるための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤の使用法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤の使用によって得られる複合材料製品。
- 混合ミル又はゴムマスチケーターなどの慣用的なミキサ中で、および/又は、溶液/分散体/懸濁液/エマルション中で処方の構成要素を混合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
