Abstract
Description
アイドル歯車29が変速歯車35と、アイドル歯車30が変速歯車28と、アイドル歯車31が変速歯車36と、および、アイドル歯車32が変速歯車37と、噛み合っている。後退段の転換に関して、回転方向反転のために、第4のトランスミッション軸38が設けられており、この第4のトランスミッション軸に、2つの互いに並列して位置している歯車冠状体39aおよび39bを有する歯車39が、回転可能に軸受けされている。このトランスミッション出力軸4に配設された、後退段のためのアイドル歯車40は、歯車39の第2の歯車冠状体39bと噛み合った状態で係合状態にあり、その際、このトランスミッション入力軸2に配設された変速歯車36が、この歯車39の第1の歯車冠状体39aと係合状態にある。アイドル歯車40は、他方また、第4のシンクロナイザーアセンブリ41を介して、必要な場合に、回転不能に、このトランスミッション出力軸4と結合される。
Claims (4)
- 前輪−横置駆動装置を有する自動車のためのマニュアルトランスミッションであって、このマニュアルトランスミッションが、
1つのトランスミッション入力軸および少なくとも2つのトランスミッション出力軸から成るギヤセットを有しており、
これら両方のトランスミッション出力軸が、歯車を介して、アクスルディファレンシャルの平歯車と噛み合った状態で係合状態にあり、その際、
両方のトランスミッション出力軸(4、6)に設けられた、アイドル歯車、もしくは切替歯車の、これらアイドル歯車もしくは切替歯車に所属して設けられた(同期)連結ユニットとの回転不能の結合が、切替軸(46、48)に摺動可能に配設された切替フォークによって行われ、
これら切替フォークが、少なくとも1つの切替シャフトを介して選択可能、および操作可能である様式の上記マニュアルトランスミッションにおいて、
切替軸(46、48)および切替シャフト(58)を軸受、もしくは収容するために、ギヤセット(トランスミッション入力軸2、トランスミッション出力軸4、6)と、アクスルディファレンシャル(14)内における中央の開口部(66)との間に配設されている、共通の軸受ユニット(50)が設けられていることを特徴とするマニュアルトランスミッション。 - 軸受ユニット(50)は、軸受ブリッジとして形成されており、
この軸受ユニットが、両方の切替軸(46、48)ための2つの軸受穿孔(55、56)と、
切替シャフト(58)の収容のための、第3の、両方の第1の軸受穿孔に対して垂直方向に整向された軸受穿孔(60)とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマニュアルトランスミッション。 - 軸受ブリッジ(50)は、アクスルディファレンシャル(14)のディファレンシャル平歯車(12)を、少なくとも部分的に立体的にオーバーラップすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマニュアルトランスミッション。
- 軸受ブリッジ(50)は、成形体部材として形成されており、この成形体部材が、この成形体部材の両方の端部において、2つの屈曲された状態で形成された固定連結部(51、52)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のマニュアルトランスミッション。
