Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多数の前進段と少なくとも一つの後進段を有し、切換過程の際に負荷を 中断するクラッチ装置を介して駆動装置特に内燃機関に釈放可能に接続されてい る自動切換多段ステップ形変速機であって、クラッチ装置に接続されている駆動 軸、従動軸および少なくとも一つの中間軸、これらの軸に固く相対回転不能に結 合されている固定歯車、上述の軸上に回転可能に支持されているルーズ歯車、お よびこれらのルーズ歯車を上述の軸にトルク伝達のために接続する切換要素を備 えている自動切換多段ステップ形変速機において、 速度段を切り換えるために複数の切換要素が同時に作動されるように、切換要 素が互いに無関係に個々に切り換えできることを特徴とする自動切換多段ステッ プ形変速機。 2. 共通の軸上における種々のルーズ歯車あるいは固定歯車がトルクを伝達 し、その場合異なった回転数を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 3. ルーズ歯車および固定歯車の総数と速度段数との比率が1.4以下であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ 形変速機。 4. ルーズ歯車および固定歯車の総数と速度段数との比率が1.3であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 5. ルーズ歯車および固定歯車の総数と速度段数との比率が0.73以下で あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 6. ルーズ歯車および固定歯車の総数と速度段数との比率が0.69である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 7. トルク伝達を支援するためおよびトルク流れを分割するために補助的な 切換要素が作動されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずれ か1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 8. 後進段を切り換えるために少なくとも部分的に、前進段を切り換えるた めと同じ切換要素が利用されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第7項 のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 9. 後進段におけるトルク伝達が後進段歯車を利用せずに行われることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の自動多段ステッ プ形変速機。 10. 駆動軸および従動軸が異なった水平平面内に位置していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステ ップ形変速機。 11. 駆動軸が従動軸の下側に水平に配置されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項ないし第10項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変 速機。 12. 切換要素が同期装置であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし 第11項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 13. 切換要素がかみ合いクラッチであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項ないし第11項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 14. 切換要素が液圧式クラッチであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 ないし第11項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 15. 切換要素が多板クラッチであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項な いし第11項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステップ形変速機。 16. 変速機が八つの前進段および二つの後進段を有していることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ステ ップ形変速機。 17. 変速機が16個の前進段および八つの後進段を有していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ス テップ形変速機。 18. 変速機が16個の前進段および六つの後進段を有していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ス テップ形変速機。 19. 変速機が16個の前進段および五つの後進段を有していることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の自動切換多段ス テップ形変速機。
