Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、多数の照明エレメントチップ(4)を有する少なくとも1つの平面状の照明フィールド(3)と、上記照明フィールドから放射される光束の光路に配置された光学エレメント(2)とを備えた車両用のヘッドライトに関する。上記照明フィールドの照明エレメントチップ(4)は1つの共通の凹設部(5)内に配置されていて、かつ上記凹設部は光の放射方向(8)に向かう側で周縁部(9,25,32)を照明エレメントチップに対して立体的な配置で有していることで、所定の輝度勾配(G,G‘,G”)が上記ヘッドライトの光の分布において周縁部(9,25,32)の範囲内で形成される。

Claims (10)
- 多数の照明エレメントチップを有する少なくとも1つの平面状の照明フィールドと、前記照明フィールドから放射される光束の光路中に配置された光学エレメントとを備えた、車両用のヘッドライトにおいて、照明フィールド(3,21,31)の照明エレメントチップ(4)は共通の1つの凹設部(5)内に配置されていて、かつ前記凹設部(5)は光放射方向(8)に向かう側で周縁部(9,25,32)を照明エレメントチップ(4)に対して立体的な配置で有していることで、所定の輝度勾配(G,G′,G″)が前記ヘッドライトの配光分布(L)において周縁部(9,25,32)の範囲内で形成される、車両用のヘッドライト。
- 凹設部(5)は、照明フィールド(3)の光放射方向(8)に対して垂直方向に延設されかつ凹設部(5)の底部側(6)から突出する周壁部(7,7′,7″)によってカップ状に構成されていて、前記周壁部(7,7′,7″)の底部側(6)とは反対側に周縁部(9)が延設されている、請求項1に記載のヘッドライト。
- 周縁部(9)は、照明フィールド(3)の主要放射方向に対して垂直方向に配光している同一平面上に周設されている、請求項1または2に記載のヘッドライト。
- 周壁部(7,7′)および/または周縁部(9)の形状は、前方に位置する光学エレメント(2,23,34)と関係して所定の輝度分布が生じるように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 凹設部(5)の周壁部(7,7′)および/または周縁部(9)は、上から見て長方形または三角形または扇形に構成され、周縁部(32,32′)は非対称の明暗境界部(HDG)の形成のために屈曲箇所(33)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 複数の発光ダイオードチップ(4)は、明暗境界部(HDG)を生じさせる周縁部(9)を有する周壁部(7,7′)に少なくとも直接当接するように配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 凹設部(5)に光を変換する蛍光体が充填されていて、照明エレメントチップ(4)から放射される光は白色光に変換される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 光を変換する蛍光体が凹設部(5)をカバーする注型樹脂中に組み込まれている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 凹設部(5)の底部側(6)は鏡面加工されて形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
- 照明フィールド(3)が照明プレート(1)中に組み込まれていて、その際に、凹設部(5)は光放射方向(8)に対して垂直方向に延設される照明プレート(1)の前面(10)に取り囲まれている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドライト。
