Claims (9)
- 熱伝導材料から製造されたベース(10)と、
前記ベース(10)に配置されたLED照明要素(30、32)と、
前記LED照明要素(30、32)から発生された光の向きを定めるようになっているコリメータの反射器(70)と、を備え、
前記コリメータの反射器(70)は、少なくとも1本の直線状のボーダーライン(50)を有する少なくとも1つの第1反射器表面(24)を備え、前記コリメータの反射器(70)は、前記ボーダーライン(50)によってカットオフ(72)が形成されるように、前記LED照明要素(30、32)からの光を反射するようになっており、
前記第1反射器の表面(24)は、前記ベース(10)の表面となっており、
前記第1反射表面(24)は、第1のボーダーライン(50)と、これに対向する第2ボーダーライン(52)を備えた平面状表面であり、前記第1ボーダーライン(50)は、前記直線状のボーダーライン(50)であり、
前記第2ボーダーライン(52)のほうが前記LED照明要素(32)に接近していることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記ベース(10)は、前記ボーダーライン(50)に対して所定の関係となるように設けられた少なくとも1つの機械的基準要素(44a、44b、46)を備える請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記機械的基準要素(46)は、溝、ウェブ、複数のキャビティまたは複数の盛り上がった部分のうちの1つを備え、前記基準要素(46)は、前記ボーダーライン(50)に対して平行なラインに配置されている請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記ベースは、キャビティ(11)を備え、前記キャビティ(11)内には前記LED照明要素(30、32)が取り付けられており、前記キャビティ(10)にはインサート(60、60’)が少なくとも部分的に収納されており、
前記コリメータの反射器(70)は、更に少なくとも1つの第2反射表面(64、66a、66b)を備え、前記第2反射表面(64、66a、66b)は、前記インサート(60、60’)の一表面となっている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記インサート(60、60’)は、プラスチック材料から製造されており、
前記プラスチック材料内に電気接点(80)が成形されており、
前記電気接点(80)は、前記LED照明要素(32)に電気的に接続されている請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記照明装置(10)は、更に電気コネクタ(16)を備え、前記インサート(60、60’)内に成形された前記電気接点(80)は、前記電気コネクタ(16)に電気的に接続されている請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記インサートは、前記電気接点(80)に接続された電気回路(82)を更に備える請求項5又は請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの機械的基準要素(44a、44b、46)を備えた、請求項2乃至7の何れか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの装置を含む車両用ヘッドライトであって、
前記照明装置(1)の前記機械的基準要素(44a、44b、46)に係合する少なくとも1つのヘッドライト基準要素(81a、81b)を含む、車両用ヘッドライト本体(71)を更に備えることを特徴とする車両用ヘッドライト。 - 熱伝導材料から製造されたベース(10)に前記LED照明要素(32)を配置するステップと、
コリメータの反射器(70)を使って前記LED照明要素(32)から発生される光の向きを定めるためのステップと、を備え、
前記コリメータの反射器(70)は、少なくとも1本の直線状のボーダーライン(50)を有する少なくとも1つの第1反射器表面(24)を備え、前記コリメータの反射器(70)は、前記ボーダーライン(50)によってカットオフ(72)が形成されるように、前記LED照明要素(30、32)からの光を反射するようになっており、前記第1反射器の表面(24)は、前記ベース(10)の表面となっており、
前記第1反射表面(24)は、第1のボーダーライン(50)と、これに対向する第2ボーダーライン(52)を備えた平面状表面であり、前記第1ボーダーライン(50)は、前記直線状のボーダーライン(50)であり、
前記第2ボーダーライン(52)のほうが前記LED照明要素(32)に接近している、LED照明要素から発生される光の向きを定めるための方法。
