Claims (11)
- 特に商用車のためのディスクブレーキであって、ブレーキディスク(1)を把持するブレーキキャリパ(2)が設けられており、該ブレーキキャリパ(2)は商用車のブレーキキャリア(3)に2つの固定エレメントによって、ブレーキディスク(1)に関して軸方向で摺動可能に固定されており、一方の固定エレメントが不動軸受(4)として、他方の固定エレメントが可動軸受(5)として形成されており、該可動軸受(5)は、ブレーキキャリパ(2)の孔内に挿入されるスライドブシュ(6)を有しており、該スライドブシュ(6)の内輪郭及び/又は外輪郭は円形ではなく、該スライドブシュ(6)内には、横断面が例えば円形のガイドバー(8)が案内されている形式のものにおいて、
可動軸受(5)のスライドブシュ(6)に少なくとも1つの位置固定部材(10)が設けられており、該位置固定部材(10)は、スライドブシュ(6)が正確な位置で組み付けられている場合に、スライドブシュ(6)を位置固定するように、前記孔の切欠(11)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする、特に商用車のためのディスクブレーキ。 - 位置固定部材(10)が少なくとも1つの位置固定舌片(12,13)から成っていて、該位置固定舌片がスライドブシュ(6)の構成部分として、塑性変形されながら前記切欠(11)に押し込まれている、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定舌片(13)が使用位置で、凸状の外輪郭を有している、請求項2記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 2つの位置固定舌片(12)が設けられており、これらの位置固定舌片(12)が使用位置でそれぞれ切欠(11)に挿入されている、請求項2記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)が非使用位置で、挿入されたガイドバー(8)の横断面によって規定されている内孔(9)の領域内に突入している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)が、切欠(11)内に位置する使用位置で、挿入されたガイドバー(8)の横断面によって規定される領域の外側に位置している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)がスライドブシュ(6)と一体に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)が形状接続的に切欠(11)に挿入されている、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- スライドブシュ(6)が位置固定部材(10)の切欠(11)への挿入により、軸方向運動および回転運動しないように固定されている、請求項8記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)を形成するために、スライドブシュ(6)が、その両縁部領域の少なくとも一方に、少なくとも1つのスリット(14)を有していて、位置固定部材(10)が、外側の端面とスリット(14)との間に形成された領域の変形により形成される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 位置固定部材(10)が、内孔(9)の最大の横断面寸法を有するスライドブシュ(6)の壁の領域に配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
