Abstract
本発明はまたひとつ以上の本タイプの整流装置を含む容器に関する。
本発明は化学及び薬品工業、そして特に整流装置のメーカーとユーザーの興味を引くものである。
Description
エンボスを付けることによる整流装置の形成は容易で信頼のおけるエナメル塗膜を確保するのを難しくするとともに、整流装置について複雑な形状の形成を許さない。しかも、この製造工程では、限界的な方法で、変形部分をさらに薄くして弱めるとともに、その剛性を減らさずに重要な表面を有する整流装置を製造することが許されない。
しかしながら、当該発明者らは、その周囲または高さに沿って伸びるそのような溶接は長さが相当長くなるために、エナメルを効率的に塗装することは困難であると言及した。
器、タンク、または容器、水槽、円柱、乾燥器、交換器、またはその他のような整流装置とともに装備されることができるタンクあるいは容器は、液体、ガス、固体、ペースト、粘性あるいは粉体材料またはこれらの混合物を収容できるような何らかの器を含むことが必要とする。
最後に、本発明によると、整流装置は中が充実していても、中空であっても良い。
この設計によると、その連続接合部を除き、整流装置本体とこれが溶接される容器の内壁との間に位置する空間がある。この空間が、整流装置の連続接合の部分を除く整流装置と容器の内壁との間の容器に存在する材料についての動きの自由を可能にする。本空間はまた後に引き続く容器の清掃のしやすさを相当促進する。
本発明のその他の特徴や利点は以下に詳述する付録の図面類を参照してなされる説明を読めば明らかとなろう。
すなわち、
タンクまたは容器1にはその根元部6が中央開口部3を突き抜ける羽根車機械が設けられ、タンクまたは容器の下部部分の方に伸びる。根元部6は、根元部6がタンクまたは容器の外側に位置する駆動機構10によって回転する時、タンクまたは容器1の内容物8をかき混ぜるよう、例えば、3枚の傾斜刃7の設けられる中心部で終わる。
この第1実施例で、整流装置14は中が充実である。これらの連続接合部15は各整流装置14の縦方向のおよそ中間点に位置する。整流装置はその縁部と角部がすべて丸くなっているタンク又は容器1の内壁12にほぼ鉛直で垂直な一枚の板に類似した単純で一般的な形状に形成される。
流体の加熱または冷却のための内部中空空間16と等価な接合部はタンクまたは容器がらせん管状部、片貝殻面状部、またはその他任意の類似装置で装備される時、同様な方法で設けられる。
さらに、連続接合部15は必ずしも整流装置の鉛直方向の中間に位置する必要はないが、具体的に指定はされない、ある高さに位置できる。つまり、例えば、図4の実施例では、これは整流装置14の下縁部近くに位置できる。
図5及び図6に示されるように、複数の整流装置を相当に長さの長いひとつの整流装置と等価なものを得るために、複数のペアに組合わせることも可能である。これらの図中で各ペアをなす整流装置は必ずしも同一であるとは限らないことが見てとれる。2を越える任意の数の整流装置を組合わせるよう計画できることが明らかである。
Claims (21)
- 容器(1)に関して隣接する内壁(12)から一定のある距離に、その最大寸法が当該整流装置の長さより短い少なくともひとつの接合部(15)によってこの壁(12)に局所的に固定されること、並びに、当該整流装置の外部表面及びその接合部がエナメル塗装されることを特徴とする容器のエナメル塗装された内壁に固定されるとともに冷媒の循環装置を備えることができる整流装置。
- 組立が溶接によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1による整流装置。
- 当該整流装置が充実体であることを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2のいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該整流装置が中空体ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該整流装置(14)の中空内部空間(16)が流体循環によって容器の加熱または冷却装置の流体とその連続接合部(15)を経由して流体連絡通路を有することを特徴とする請求項4による整流装置。
- 少なくとも1ヶ所の連続接合部(15)が当該整流装置(14)の鉛直方向中間部に原則的に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 少なくとも1ヶ所の連続接合部(15)が当該整流装置(14)の下縁の近くに位置することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該整流装置の本体が縁部及び角部の丸い容器(1)の内壁(12)に対して主として鉛直で垂直な板に類似した全体に平たい形状を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体が「ホッケースティック」の全体形状をとることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体がその鉛直方向の高部または低部、及び/又は、その側面の縁部でカーブしていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体の横断面の形状が主として長方形であるとともに、丸い縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体が凸面となった側面を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体が凹面または凸面の側面を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該断面形状がその片側の側面に少なくともひとつの波うち形状を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体が容器の長さ方向軸に比較してはっきりと傾斜した形で隣接壁に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 容器(1)の内壁(12)に関して斜めに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項15までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 当該本体の端部が隣接する側壁に近いこと、並びにその反対側の端部が隣接する側壁からさらに離れていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項16までのいずれかによる整流装置。
- 請求項1から請求項17までのいずれかによるエナメル塗装された少なくともひとつの整流装置を含むことを特徴とするエナメル塗装されるよう予定される容器。
- 規則的に分布される数個の整流装置(14)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項18による容器。
- 容器(1)の内壁(12)に関して理論曲線にかなり沿って配置される数個の整流装置(14)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項17または請求項18のいずれかによる容器。
- 理論曲線がらせん形であることを特徴とする請求項20による容器。
