Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸Dを中心に回転可能な混合ベッセルを有して成るダブルコーン・ミキサーであって、混合ベッセルが、真ん中の円筒部分を成す胴部分、および、円筒部の2つの開口端部に設けられたコーンを有して成り、混合ベッセルの内部には、回転軸の軸方向に生成物の混合を行うバッフルが設けられている、ダブルコーン・ミキサー。

Description
混合ベッセルが、真ん中の円筒部を成す胴部分、および、円筒部の2つの開口端部に設けられたコーンを有して成り、
混合ベッセルの内部には、回転軸Dの軸方向に生成物(または材料)の混合を行うように配置されたフロー・スポイラー(flow spoiler)が設けられている。
Claims (13)
- 回転軸Dを中心に回転可能な混合ベッセルを有して成るダブルコーン・ミキサーであって、
混合ベッセルが、真ん中の円筒部を成す胴部分、および、円筒部の2つの開口端部に設けられたコーンを有して成り、
混合ベッセルの内部には、回転軸Dの軸方向に生成物の混合を行うバッフルが設けられている、ダブルコーン・ミキサー。 - 混合ベッセルの内部がエナメルコーティングされている、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。
- 2つのコーンがそれぞれ同じ数のバッフルを有しており、
各々のコーンでは、回転軸Dに垂直な中央面Mによって分けられた同じ大きさの2つの半分割領域に、それぞれ同じ数のバッフルが設けられている、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。 - 混合ベッセルは合計2個〜8個のバッフルを有する、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。
- バッフルが、全体的に対称となるように混合ベッセルに配置されており、その結果、混合ベッセルの回転に起因してバッフルによってもたらされる軸方向の生成物流れが、ベッセルの回転方向に応じて、混合ベッセルの中央に向かって内側に流れたり、あるいは、混合ベッセルの壁に向かって外側へと流れる、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。
- ダブルコーン・ミキサーが、S1およびS1’タイプのバッフルならびに/またはS2およびS2’タイプのバッフルを有しており、
S1およびS1’タイプでは、回転軸Dと整列するように混合ベッセルの壁にバッフルが設けられ、かつ、かかるバッフルが、回転軸Dに対して垂直な中央線MLから角度βまたは角度β’回転した向きに設けられており、
S2およびS2’タイプでは、S2のバッフルが回転軸Dから角度α回転した投影面AEに位置し、S2’のバッフルが回転軸Dから角度α’回転した投影面AEに位置している、
請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。 - 角度αおよび角度α’がそれぞれ等しい値(絶対値)を有している、または、角度βおよび角度β’がそれぞれ等しい値(絶対値)を有しており、
角度αと角度α’とが相互に数学的に等しい方向へと回転することで形成されている一方、角度βと角度β’が相互に数学的に反対方向に回転することで形成されている、請求項6に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。 - 角度αおよび角度α’の絶対値が20°〜60°であり、角度βおよびβ’の絶対値が15°〜50°である、請求項6に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。
- バッフルは、
混合ベッセルの壁の長さ(a)の0.3倍〜0.75倍の長さ(c)、
混合ベッセルのセグメント(L)の0.03倍〜0.1倍の高さ(d)、
高さ(d)の0.2倍〜0.5倍の厚さ(f)、および
混合ベッセルの壁から60mm〜150mm離れた距離(e)
を有しており、混合ベッセルの壁長さ(a)に対する混合ベッセルの壁長さ(b)の比が0.3〜0.7となる箇所に設けられている、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。 - バッフルが、単一の脚部を介して混合ミキサーの壁に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサー。
- 請求項1に記載のダブルコーン・ミキサーを用いて多糖類誘導体を処理する方法。
- 多糖類または多糖類誘導体の分子量が減るように多糖類または多糖類誘導体を処理し、必要に応じて酸性ガスの作用の下で多糖類または多糖類誘導体を処理する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 混合ベッセルの所定の回転方向に起因してバッフルによって生じる軸方向の流れが混合ベッセルの壁に向かって外側へと流れるように設計されたダブルコーン・ミキサーを使用する、請求項11に記載の方法。
