Description
Claims (5)
- 反応物が収容される反応空間を有するハウジング;
反応空間の下部に連結された出口パイプ;
ハウジング内に配置された回転軸;および
回転軸に装着された撹はんブレードを含み、
ハウジングは出口パイプ側に行くほど断面積が小さくなる下部収束領域を有し、
撹はんブレードは少なくとも一部が下部収束領域に位置し、
出口パイプは反応物の排出方向に沿って断面積が減少し、下部収束領域に連結された第1領域および第1領域から排出方向に沿って延長され、断面積が一定に維持される第2領域を含み、
前記撹はんブレードは、螺旋形ブレード、およびパドル型ブレードを含み、
前記パドル型ブレードは下部収束領域に位置する反応器。 - 出口パイプの第1領域の最大直径は下部収束領域の最小直径と同じである、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 第1領域の最小直径は第2領域の直径と同じである、請求項1または2に記載の反応器。
- 反応物はビンガム(Bingham)流体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 反応物の排出時、反応空間の上部領域に圧力を加えるための加圧部を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
