図1a,b,cは、本発明のミキサーの正面図と、側面図と、上面図とを示す図であり、何れの図においてもハウジング1の断面が示されている。

図6は、3つの横梁7と、3つの攪拌アーム8,9,9’を持つミキサーの構成を示す図である。

図7は、本発明のミキサーの攪拌装置であって、中央の攪拌装置の攪拌アームは、それぞれ端部において、横梁7を介してドライブシャフトに接続されていて、他方の端部は、それぞれ補強リングを介して他の端部に接続されている。

図8は、唯一の攪拌アーム8’と、偏心位置の攪拌装置3に設けられている1つの攪拌ブレード12’とを組み合わせた攪拌装置を示す図である。
図11は、本発明のミキサーの変形例の攪拌装置2,3が通る半径方向の断面図を示す。このミキサーの構成は、図4に示したミキサーと基本的に同じ構成であるが、攪拌アーム28,29は、ブレードで形成されていて、矩形の断面を有している。シャフト6,12の速度比は、1:2である。中央の攪拌装置2は、2本の攪拌アーム28,29を有しており、これらは、ブレードで形成されていて、偏心位置の攪拌装置3は、2枚の攪拌ブレード22を持っている。攪拌アーム28,29の外表面は、それぞれ、半径方向からみて45°傾いて設けられている。
Claims (1)
- 注入口(4)と排出口(5)とを備えているハウジング(1)と、同時に回転する2つの攪拌装置(2)、(3)と、攪拌装置(2)、(3)を作動させる駆動手段とで、少なくとも構成されるミキサーであって、
一方の攪拌装置(2)が、ハウジング(1)の中央に配置されており、且つ、
i.少なくとも1つの第1ドライブシャフト(6)と、
ii.上記少なくとも1つの第1ドライブシャフト(6)に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの横梁(7)と、
iii.各横梁用の、少なくとも1つの攪拌アーム(8、9)であって、少なくとも1つの攪拌アーム(8、9)が、横梁(7)の端部に取り付けられており、該少なくとも1つの攪拌アーム(8、9)が、取り付けられている横梁(7)の長さの半径の円筒形状の側面に沿う、らせん形状を有しているものと、
を含んでおり、
他方の攪拌装置(3)が、ハウジング(1)内の偏心した位置に設けられており、且つ、
a.少なくとも1つの第2ドライブシャフト(11)と、
b. 1又は複数の攪拌ブレード(12)であって、上記少なくとも1つの第2ドライブシャフト(11)の各々に沿って設けられており、上記少なくとも1つの攪拌アーム(8、9)に係合するらせんねじ形状を有しており、これによって、上記攪拌ブレード(12)が、上記第1ドライブシャフト(6)の回転に伴う上記少なくとも1つの攪拌アーム(8、9)の動きによって、回転することができるようになっている、攪拌ブレード(12)と、
を含んでおり、
更に、駆動手段による、上記少なくとも1つの第1ドライブシャフト(6)の回転に応じて、攪拌ブレード(12)と、攪拌アーム(8、9)とが、互いに擦れ合っており、
攪拌装置(2)、(3)の、ドライブシャフト(6)、(11)の回転速度に関する対称性は、以下の数学的関係式(I)に従い、
