Abstract
Description
図示していない内燃機関のアッセンブリベルトドライブ装置1には、別個の付属装置3のための摩擦車伝動装置2が付設されている。摩擦車伝動装置2は内燃機関のドライブホイール4の巻き掛け領域にてベルト1”の外面1’と摩擦により協働する摩擦車5を有している。摩擦車5は必要な場合に制御装置7により付属装置3の摩擦車伝動装置2の駆動車6と摩擦係合させることができる。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関のアッセンブリベルトドライブ装置に付設される、別個の付属装置用摩擦車伝動装置であって、
−内燃機関またはアッセンブリのドライブホイール(4)の巻き掛け領域でベルト(1”)の外面(1’)と摩擦により協働する摩擦車(5)が付属装置(3)の摩擦車伝動装置(2)の駆動車(6)と摩擦結合し、
−摩擦車(5)と摩擦パートナー(1’,6)の一方との係合を必要に応じて制御装置(7)により解除制御するようにした、
前記摩擦車伝動装置において、
摩擦車(5)が、内燃機関側のベルト(1”)の巻き掛け領域にそれぞれドライブホイール(4)または駆動車(6)に隣接するように配置された案内装置(8)で案内されて、付属装置(3)の作動をオンオフ制御する制御装置(7)によりそれぞれのドライブホイール(4)または駆動車(6)の回転軸線(9)に対し等距離の円弧部分(10)に沿って駆動車(6)またはベルト外面(1’)に対し相対的に位置可変に配置されていることを特徴とする摩擦車伝動装置。 - −案内装置(8)が切換え可能な摩擦車(5)の両側に相互に固定間隔で配置される案内板を有し、これらの案内板が等間隔の円弧状の長穴(10)を備え、
−これらの長穴(10)で摩擦車(5)が軸線方向の突出部を介して滑動可能に案内されて制御装置(7)により移動可能に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルトドライブ装置。 - 案内装置(8)が内燃機関側で弾性支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルトドライブ装置。
- −制御装置(7)がアングルレバー(12)に作用するように内燃機関側に配置されたサーボモータ(11)を有し、
−アングルレバー(12)が、付属装置(3)の作動をオンオフ制御するために用いられる、適宜引張り荷重または押圧荷重を受ける連結棒(13)を介して、摩擦車(5)と連結している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のベルトドライブ装置。 - −連結棒(13)が互いに入れ子の関係にある2つの入れ子部分(13’,13”)から形成され、
−入れ子部分(13’,13”)は付属装置(3)がオン制御されると互いに弾性的に支持しあう、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のベルトドライブ装置。 - −案内装置がドライブホイールまたは駆動車のそれぞれの回転軸線に対し同軸に支持されて摩擦車を等距離構成で取り囲むガイドリンク棒であり、
−ガイドリンク棒がゴム弾性支持される軸受ブシュを備えている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1、4、5のいずれか一つに記載のベルトドライブ装置。 - −付属装置(3)が内燃機関に用いられる冷媒ポンプであり、
−冷媒ポンプの駆動車(6)が内燃機関のパラメータに依存してモトロニックによりマップコントロールされるサーボモータ(11)を介して摩擦車(5)と係合するよう制御され、場合によっては係合状態で保持され、
−サーボモータ(11)が液圧、空気圧、電気または磁気的に操作可能である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2から6までのいずれか一つに記載のベルトドライブ装置。 - −摩擦車(5)が予荷重を与えられたばねを介して付属装置(3)の駆動車(6)と継続的に係合するよう配置され、
−摩擦車(5)は、必要な場合には、押圧荷重を受ける連結棒(13)を介して制御装置(7)により係合解除されるよう制御される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のベルトドライブ装置。
