Claims (77)
- 血管内での案内ワイヤの前進を制御するためのワイヤ制御カテーテルにおいて、当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの末端部分を関節のように曲げるためのシングル制御ワイヤと、該シングル制御ワイヤを受容するためのシングル制御ワイヤルーメンを備えたシャフトとを具備するワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シャフトが案内ワイヤを受容するための案内ワイヤルーメンを有する請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記末端部分が関節構造を有する請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記関節構造が背骨部分によって連結された複数のリングを有する請求項3に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シングル制御ワイヤの末端が上記関節構造の最も末端にあるリングに連結されている請求項4に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記関節構造がコイルを有する請求項3に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シングル制御ワイヤの末端が上記関節構造のコイルの最も末端にある巻き部分に連結されている請求項6に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記末端部分が放射線不透過性のマーカーをさらに有する請求項3に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記シャフトがフルレングスのシャフトである請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記案内ワイヤルーメンが上記シングル制御ワイヤルーメンよりも相当に短い請求項2に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シャフトの末端部分にセンタリング器具をさらに具備する請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具がセンタリングバルーンである請求項11に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの突出ワイヤルーメン内の開口を通って延びる突出ワイヤである請求項11に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シャフトの末端部分に予拡張バルーンをさらに具備する請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記シャフトが案内ワイヤルーメンと、該案内ワイヤルーメンと上記シングル制御ワイヤルーメンとの少なくとも一方を包囲する網状ワイヤシースとをさらに有する請求項1に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記網状ワイヤシースが上記案内ワイヤルーメンと上記シングル制御ワイヤルーメンとの両方を包囲している請求項14に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記網状ワイヤシースが上記案内ワイヤルーメンのみを包囲している請求項14に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 血管内での案内ワイヤの前進を制御するためのワイヤ制御カテーテルにおいて、案内ワイヤルーメンと制御ワイヤルーメンとを画成すると共に屈曲可能な末端側先端部分を有するシャフトと、前記末端側先端部分を屈曲させるための手段と、前記シャフトの末端部分に設けられたセンタリング器具とを具備するワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が膨張可能なバルーンを有する請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が上記シャフトの外面の膨張可能な部分を有する請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が上記シャフトの開口を通って突出するワイヤを有する請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記屈曲可能な先端部分近くにある請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記屈曲可能な先端部分上にある請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 膨張ルーメンをさらに具備する請求項19に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記末端側先端部分を屈曲させるための上記手段が制御ワイヤを有する請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。

- 当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの末端側先端部分が放射線不透過性のマーカーを有する請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの上記シャフトがフルレングスのシャフトである請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記案内ワイヤルーメンが上記制御ワイヤルーメンよりも相当に短い請求項18に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 血管内での案内ワイヤの前進を制御するためのワイヤ制御カテーテルにおいて、当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの末端側先端と当該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの基端部との間で延びる制御ワイヤルーメンを画成する第1シャフト部分と、前記制御ワイヤルーメンよりも実質的に短い案内ワイヤルーメンを画成する第2シャフト部分と、屈曲可能な末端側先端部分とを具備するワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記案内ワイヤルーメンの基端部と連通する漏斗状の部分をさらに具備する請求項34に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記制御ワイヤルーメンを通って延びる制御ワイヤをさらに具備する請求項34に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記案内ワイヤルーメンと上記制御ワイヤルーメンとを包囲する網状ワイヤシースをさらに具備する請求項34に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記屈曲可能な末端側先端が関節構造を有する請求項34に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記関節構造が上記制御ワイヤルーメンを通過する制御ワイヤに連結されている請求項38に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- センタリング器具をさらに具備する請求項34に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が上記屈曲可能な末端側先端近くに配置されている請求項40に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。

- 血管内での案内ワイヤの前進を制御するためのシステムにおいて、案内ワイヤルーメンと制御ワイヤルーメンと該制御ワイヤルーメン内の制御ワイヤとを有するワイヤ制御カテーテルと、前記案内ワイヤルーメン内に配置可能なスライドシースカテーテルとを具備するシステム。
- 案内ワイヤをさらに具備する請求項45に記載のシステム。
- 上記スライドシースが上記案内ワイヤルーメンと上記案内ワイヤとの間に環状に配置されている請求項46に記載のシステム。
- 上記案内ワイヤルーメンが上記制御ワイヤルーメンよりも実質的に短い請求項45に記載のシステム。
- 上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルが屈曲可能な末端側先端をさらに有する請求項45に記載のシステム。

- 血管を治療する方法において、案内ワイヤを血管内に挿入する工程と、制御カテーテルの末端側先端が血管内の閉塞部の近くに来るまで前記制御カテーテルを前記案内ワイヤ上で前進させる工程と、前記制御カテーテルの末端側先端を屈曲させる工程と、前記閉塞部を通過するように前記案内ワイヤを前進させる工程とを具備する方法。
- 上記制御カテーテルの末端側先端を屈曲させる工程が関節構造を作動させる工程を有する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記関節構造を作動させる工程が上記制御カテーテルのシャフトに対して制御ワイヤを移動させる工程を有する請求項58に記載の方法。
- 上記関節構造を作動させる工程が上記関節構造の一方の側に対して該関節構造の他方の側を短くする工程をさらに有する請求項59に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を通過するように上記制御カテーテルを前進させる工程をさらに具備する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を通過するようにスライドシースカテーテルを前進させる工程をさらに具備する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を通過させる前に上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルをセンタリングする工程をさらに具備する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルをセンタリングする工程がバルーンを膨張させる工程を有する請求項63に記載の方法。
- 上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルをセンタリングする工程が突出ワイヤを血管壁に接触するように該突出ワイヤを上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルを通して延在させる工程を有する請求項63に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を通過させる工程に続いて該閉塞部を予拡張させる工程をさらに具備する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を予拡張する工程が上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルの予拡張バルーンを膨張させる工程を有する請求項66に記載の方法。
- 上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルを上記閉塞部を通過するように延在させた状態で上記案内ワイヤを血管から取り出す工程をさらに具備する請求項61に記載の方法。
- 上記案内ワイヤの堅さとは異なる堅さを有する第2の案内ワイヤを上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルを通って上記閉塞部を通過するように挿入する工程をさらに具備する請求項68に記載の方法。
- 上記案内ワイヤが血管内腔内にあるか否かを判断するために上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルが上記閉塞部を通過した後に該ワイヤ制御カテーテルの末端側先端を屈曲させる工程をさらに具備する請求項61に記載の方法。
- 上記ワイヤ制御カテーテルから外へスライドシースカテーテルを前進させる工程をさらに具備する請求項57に記載の方法。
- 上記閉塞部を通過するように上記スライドシースカテーテルを前進させる工程をさらに具備する請求項71に記載の方法。
- 血管内での案内ワイヤの前進を制御するためのワイヤ制御カテーテルにおいて、屈曲可能な末端側先端を有するシャフトと、該シャフトの一部に連結された予拡張バルーンとを具備するワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- センタリング器具をさらに有する請求項74に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
- 上記センタリング器具が上記屈曲可能な末端側先端上に配置されている請求項75に記載のワイヤ制御カテーテル。
