Abstract
【解決手段】 転がり軸受10の端部に装着され、内輪1と外輪2の間の環状空間を密封するシール5の外側表面5dに形成される刻印5eを、当該外側表面5dを凹ませたものとすることにより、シール5の外側表面5dに対して接触させずにスリンガ6を可及的に接近させることを可能とし、ラビリンス効果の向上による水等の侵入防止効果を増大させる。

Claims (2)
- 内輪と外輪の間の環状空間内に複数の転動体が配置されてなる転がり軸受の軸方向端部に、弾性部材からなるシールを装着して上記環状空間を密封する転がり軸受の密封装置において、
上記環状空間の外側に面したシールの表面に形成される刻印が、弾性部材の表面を凹ませることによって形成されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受の密封装置。 - 内輪と外輪の間の環状空間内に複数の転動体が配置されてなる転がり軸受の軸方向端部に、弾性部材からなるシールを装着して上記環状空間を密封する転がり軸受の密封装置において、
上記環状空間の外側に面したシールの表面に形成される刻印が、弾性部材の表面に部分的に形成された一様深さの凹所の底面に、凸状に形成されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受の密封装置。
