【解決手段】 コラプシブルスペーサ7の第1円錐ころ軸受5側の端部と、保持器40の内輪28の小径端部側の端部における内周面との径方向の隙間bを狭窄して、隙間bを5mm以下に設定する。

Description
差動機構のリングギヤと噛み合うピニオンギヤを有するピニオン軸と、
上記ピニオン軸を回転自在に支持すると共に、内輪、外輪、円錐ころおよび保持器を有する円錐ころ軸受と、
上記ピニオン軸の外周面に嵌合すると共に、上記内輪の小径端部側に先端が当接し、かつ、上記保持器の上記内輪の小径端部側の端部における内周面との径方向の隙間を狭窄する狭窄部を有するコラプシブルスペーサと
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 差動機構のリングギヤと噛み合うピニオンギヤを有するピニオン軸と、
上記ピニオン軸を回転自在に支持すると共に、内輪、外輪、円錐ころおよび保持器を有する円錐ころ軸受と、
上記ピニオン軸の外周面に嵌合すると共に、上記内輪の小径端部側に先端が当接し、かつ、上記保持器の上記内輪の小径端部側の端部における内周面との径方向の隙間を狭窄する狭窄部を有するコラプシブルスペーサと
を備えることを特徴とする車両用ピニオン軸支持装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用ピニオン軸支持装置において、
上記保持器の上記内周面と、上記狭窄部との隙間は、5mm以下であることを特徴とする車両用ピニオン軸支持装置。
