Abstract
【解決手段】保持器4の小径側の端部を内輪1の軸方向の小鍔部側の外端面よりも軸方向の内側に配置する。内輪1の軸方向の幅をB[mm]とし、内輪1の内径をD[mm]とし、内輪1の軸方向の小鍔部側の外端面から保持器4の小径側の端部の軸方向の外端面までの軸方向の長さをX2[mm]とし、さらに、保持器4の小径側の端部の内周面と内輪1との径方向の隙間の寸法をX1[mm]とするとき、X2/B≧0.010、かつ、0.009≦X1/D≦0.043を満たすように液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置を設計する。

Description
外輪、内輪、円錐ころおよび保持器を有すると共に、上記内輪および上記外輪の間を液体で潤滑する液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置において、
上記内輪の上記軸方向の幅をB[mm]とし、
上記内輪の内径をD[mm]とし、
上記内輪の小径側の外端面よりも上記保持器が上記軸方向の内側に有り、かつ、上記外端面から上記保持器の外端面までの上記軸方向の距離をX2[mm]とし、
さらに、上記保持器の小径側の端部における内周面と上記内輪との径方向の隙間の寸法をX1[mm]とするとき、
X2/B≧0.010、
かつ、0.009≦X1/D≦0.043
であることを特徴としている。

- 外輪、内輪、円錐ころおよび保持器を有すると共に、上記内輪および上記外輪の間を液体で潤滑する液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置において、
上記内輪の上記軸方向の幅をB[mm]とし、
上記内輪の内径をD[mm]とし、
上記内輪の小径側の外端面よりも上記保持器が上記軸方向の内側に有り、かつ、上記外端面から上記保持器の外端面までの上記軸方向の距離をX2[mm]とし、
さらに、上記保持器の小径側の端部における内周面と上記内輪との径方向の隙間の寸法をX1[mm]とするとき、
X2/B≧0.010、
かつ、0.009≦X1/D≦0.043
であることを特徴とする液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置において、
上記内輪は、上記内輪の円錐軌道面の小径側に上記内輪の外周面における上記小径側の外端の外径よりも大きな外径を有する鍔部を有し、
上記保持器の上記内周面は、上記内輪の上記鍔部の外周面よりも上記径方向の内方に位置し、
上記内輪の上記鍔部の外周面から上記保持器の上記内周面までの上記径方向の距離をX3[mm]とし、
さらに、上記内輪の上記鍔部の上記軸方向の外端面と、上記保持器の上記端部の上記軸方向の内端面との上記軸方向の隙間の寸法をX4[mm]とするとき、
0.010≦X2/B≦0.161、
0.006≦X3/D≦0.043、
かつ、0.009≦X4/B≦0.053
であることを特徴とする液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置において、
上記外輪の中心軸を含む断面において、上記外輪の円錐軌道面が上記中心軸と交わる角度は、25°以上30°以下であることを特徴とする液体潤滑式円錐ころ軸受装置。
