Claims (4)
- ベッドと、該ベッド上に同軸をなすよう対向配置された第1,第2主軸台と、該第1主軸台と第2主軸台との間にX軸(上下)方向に移動可能に配置された刃物台と、上記ベッド上にX軸,Y軸(前後)及びZ軸(左右)方向に移動可能に配置された第3主軸を備えた複合旋盤において、上記X軸及びY軸に平行で上記刃物台をX軸方向に移動可能に支持するXY支持平面と、上記X軸及びZ軸に平行で上記第3主軸をX軸方向に移動可能に支持するXZ支持平面とは交差するように設定されており、かつ上記刃物台のX軸方向の移動軸線と上記XZ支持平面とは、Y軸方向に離して配置され、上記第3主軸のX軸方向の移動軸線と上記XY支持平面とはZ軸方向に離して配置されていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記XY支持平面はX軸及びY軸に平行で、かつ上記XZ支持平面はX軸及びZ軸に平行であり、上記XY支持平面とXZ支持平面は直交していることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記刃物台の切削点は、上記第1主軸台と第2主軸台との軸線を結ぶ直線の垂直下方に位置しており、上記第3主軸の切削点の移動領域は、X軸方向上昇端に位置している上記刃物台の切削点より下方まで延びていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
- 請求項1において、上記第3主軸は工具主軸を備え、該工具主軸はY軸回りに回転割り出し可能に構成されていることを特徴とする複合旋盤。
