Abstract
【解決手段】 略円筒形状とされた樹脂ブラケット128の軸方向一方の端部に形成されたフランジ部130に対して固定金具132が埋設状態で固着されていると共に、軸方向他方の端部に形成された係合凹所136に対してゴムストッパ138の基端部分142が係合せしめられることによりゴムストッパ138が樹脂ブラケット128に取り付けられている一方、基端部分142に貫通形成された貫通孔148に樹脂ブラケット128と一体的に形成された抜止樹脂150が充填されている。

Claims (4)
- 防振連結される一方の部材に取り付けられる第一の取付部材が略円筒形状を有する第二の取付部材の一方の開口部側に離隔位置されており、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結されていると共に、略円筒形状のアウタブラケットが該第二の取付部材に外挿固定されており、該アウタブラケットを介して、該第二の取付部材が防振連結される他方の部材に取り付けられる防振装置において、
前記アウタブラケットとして合成樹脂材料で形成された樹脂ブラケットが採用されており、該樹脂ブラケットの軸方向一方の端面には係合凹所が形成されて該係合凹所によりゴムストッパが装着されており、該係合凹所の内幅寸法が開口部よりも底部側で拡幅されて該ゴムストッパのアンカー形状を有する基端部分が該係合凹所に対してインサート状態で嵌着されていると共に、該ゴムストッパの該基端部分には貫通孔が形成され、該貫通孔には該樹脂ブラケットと一体形成された抜止樹脂が充填されている一方、該樹脂ブラケットの軸方向他方の開口部にはフランジ部が一体形成されていると共に、該樹脂ブラケットを前記第二の取付部材に固定するための固定金具が該フランジ部にインサート状態で固着されていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記係合凹所が前記樹脂ブラケットの周方向に所定長さで延びる周方向凹溝によって構成されていると共に、前記ゴムストッパが該周方向凹溝に対応して周方向に延びる長手形状とされており、前記貫通孔と前記抜止樹脂が該周方向凹溝の幅方向に延びるように形成されている請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記係合凹所および前記ゴムストッパにおいて、前記貫通孔および前記抜止樹脂が複数形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第一の取付部材に固定されて軸直角方向に延び出す当接ブラケットを用い、該当接ブラケットを介して該第一の取付部材が前記防振連結される一方の部材に取り付けられるようにすると共に、前記樹脂ブラケットの軸方向他方の端面に軸方向で離隔して対向位置する当接部が該当接ブラケットに形成されており、当接ブラケットの該当接部が該樹脂ブラケットに対して前記ゴムストッパを介して軸方向で当接せしめられることによってバウンドストッパ機能が発揮される請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の防振装置。
